Excellent facility with warm and caring teachers! My son used to cry at the thought of going to school. I never would've believed one day he would race me to go to the classroom. He synced with Ms Brittney so much that he's very happy now and opened up to learning. Thank you to all staffs and teachers !!

Our son started pre-K this year (after previously being in the home environment exclusively) and is thriving. The staff take great care in what they do and that is evident in the love of going to school and the love of learning that is blossoming in our 4 yr old. Staff keep you updated daily with pictures and notes, always have fun things scheduled, and have started to foster much needed routine. I am thrilled we took the leap and landed at Primrose.

My son has been attending Primrose School of Braselton since he was 6 months old. We have had the chance to experience the infant room, toddler room, and now the early pre-school room. We absolutely love Primrose and their staff. The team puts a ton of attention & detail into maintaining a safe and clean environment for the children and I never worry about the well being of my son when I drop him off each morning. Most importantly, every teacher I have interacted with and has watched my son genuinely loves him and shows him so much care -- the teachers truly love what they do! We are so pleased with our Primrose experience and cannot say enough great things about it!

We have all 3 of our kids enrolled at this school. It is a great school. It’s very safe, clean, and the teachers, staff, and administration are wonderful!

We have had a wonderful experience at Primrose! Our daughter started when she was just 3 months old, and we are still loving it after 3 years. She has grown so much and learned so much thanks to Primrose. The staff is great and does a great job of communicating with the families. We are very happy to continue to watch our daughter learn and grow here!

My daughter in law has been battling breast cancer for the last 18 months so it came as no surprise that her son started acting out at daycare. He was asked to leave the school permanently. Having worked in daycare myself, I was shocked that trained ‘professionals’ were so uncaring and cold and unable to help and be more understanding. There are many, many ways this could have been handled but asking this child to leave and not return was NOT one of them. It’s hard enough to be dealing with cancer in our family and now this. Very disappointing.

Our child’s classroom teachers were terrific, but we were disappointed with overall experience and hesitate to recommend this school.

Initially things went great when our little one started at this daycare. Everyone sounded very confident that they would be able to grow and change in a structured environment. Our pediatrician informed us that our little one was a little behind on their milestones, but with therapy, they would be able to meet those goals and be where they needed to be. During our time at Primrose, our little one rose through the class levels and all seemed fine until about the previous few months. Like all toddlers, our little one would throw tantrums. We’d brought the issues that had been brought to our attention with the specialists and we’d relayed what was suggested to the teachers at the school. We also shared tools and ideas for our little one that the specialist shared with the teachers with the hope that it would help everyone. Instead of these measures being implemented, most of the tools went largely ignored and we began getting calls to collect our little one on a regular basis. In the midst of trying to help our little one learn to collect themselves, a meeting was held with us in which we were told that we should have our little one evaluated and placed on the autism spectrum and given a plan to deal with her behavior. The specialists that work with us have all said that there was no need for an intervention so extreme and so naturally, I’m going to put more stock in what a team of medical professionals have to say versus people who only have to have a certificate that qualifies them to teach in a daycare.
The straw that broke the camel’s back was when, during a phone call, our little one was labeled as “not normal” by the administrative staff. Our little one has tantrums just like any other toddler their age and we’d informed the teachers that the best approach would be to allow our little one to go to a space where they calm themselves down - advice given to us by one of the specialists that we work with. If it had been the county over and in the public school system, that - along with other things - would have certainly been grounds for us getting litigious. Our little one endured several bites from other children at this school, including one to the face which broke the skin that required a course of antibiotic creams to stave off infection. This is apparently something that normal toddlers do. Throwing tantrums, however, is not.
Being our child’s greatest advocates, we have decided that it’s best to immediately withdraw our little one from this school since there’s clearly a posh mold that children have to fit into in order to be considered acceptable.

Friendly and dedicated staff. The children are taken care of very well and their individual needs are accommodated at all times. They allow therapists (occupational, speech, behavioral, etc.) to come into the school and give great support. Many children have been there for years, including siblings. Highly recommended.

We LOVE Primrose School of Braselton!!! My son has been enrolled at Primrose School of Braselton since he was 4 months old. He is five now, and going to be in the after school program once he starts kindergarten as well. Absolutely all of the teachers and staff are outstanding. They treat your family like their own, and are always going above and beyond. The curriculum, among other things sets primrose apart from the rest. My son learned a ton more than I had ever expected, and has always been enthusiastic about going to Primrose. If you’re considering any options other than Primrose, look no further. Hands down, Primrose School of Braselton is the route to go!

Due to a job relocation we had to leave Primrose School of Braselton. We had enrolled both our boys there. I can't say ENOUGH how attentive the teachers are here. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I miss the infant and the toddler teachers especially. I hope the executive management teams continue to support their staff, because they are pretty dang amazing.

My daughter, Maggie, has been going to Primrose of Braselton for two months now, and I couldn't be more impressed! The facility is clean and organized, and the staff is friendly and patient. I always look forward to seeing the pictures of Maggie throughout the day, and it's especially nice to have a detailed, electronic report sent to us to see what she has been up to. Maggie especially loves to sing, so I get to see what songs they learned in the report, and then we play them on the Primrose Rhythm and Notes app on the way home- she LOVES it! I can see a huge difference in her social and imaginative play skills already. Maggie has full conversations with us now, and she loves to feed, dress, and put her animals to bed: she's barely TWO! Thank you, Primrose family, for helping my little one grow! I look forward to many years with you guys!

I love Primrose! I truly trust them with one of my most valuable possessions, Ava Grace. I LOVE getting the pictures throughout the day that keep me going at work and remind me why I do this. I am extremely grateful that I have been blessed enough to have the opportunity for my daughter to be at Primrose. They not only provides excellent care for my daughter but also peace of mind to me because I do not have to worry about the well being of my little girl. When we become parents, the world becomes a scary place all over again as we fret for our newborn; Primrose understands this and takes GREAT care when dealing with nervous parents or crying babies. Thank you Primrose!

My wife Holly and I couldn't be more pleased with our decision to select Primrose Braselton to care for our two children! As it is for every family, choosing a school is one of the biggest decisions you can make as a parent. We visited several other schools in the area, but when we walked into this school we knew that this was the place! Jennifer and her team were extremely professional and gave us such a warm welcome. They answered all of our questions and made us feel a part of the Primrose family immediately. Everyone on staff is so wonderful and both our kids love their teachers! We know while we are at work our kids are safe and receiving the best possible education! Thank you for making it easier for us to leave our children to go to work!
