“Would absolutely recommend puppy pantry especially the Braselton location. Shannon is the best. i am a person who asks a lot of questions, Shannon has never made me feel unwelcome or bothered by my relentless questioning of everything. Shannon is extremely knowledgeable. She knows the ins and outs of all products that is sold at puppy pantry. She always makes sure to help you find whatever you want or need and if it’s not in store she most certainly will offer to order it for you. I always have the best experience when I come to the puppy pantry in Braselton. Also I wanted to point out that The prices are fair and not overpriced like other pet boutiques I’ve been in before. When I first came to this location I explained to Shannon about my furbabys Penelope’s condition and the need for specific dietary restrictions. she went out of her way to help me out and found many different options of healthy food choices for Penelope she explained all the different types of food options. She would explain the benefits and downsides (for Penelope’s specific dietary needs)between wet food , kibble, freeze dried, and raw. When I finally did make the decision on Penelope’s food I felt confident in my decision because of all of the information Shannon explained to me. I highly highly recommend this boutique. Give it a try you will not be disappointed and neither will your furbabies!!!!!!”
