“We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. Armando not only understood and helped us do exactly what we needed but he also suggested a savings on our monthly plan *and* he went above and beyond to travel to another store that had the color I wanted on his *own* time and set it and the transferred phone up for us! “Joshua and Jordan made the task of helping my parents upgrade their old phones easy, enjoyable and perfect. Joshua helped my parents who are not very tech savvy understand every step. He was so knowledgeable, yet was able to make my parents feel supported and answered any questions that they had. He is a class act and Verizon is lucky to have him as an employee.
