Came this AM for all service on my Mercedes C300, I had bought tires here for my car, the tires were worn out, and still under warranty. The management here at Firestone took care of my issue. This is why bring my cars here, and this is why I trust them with my car.

I have been to Firestone for years and I was warned before my car was towed to this Firestone that they price gouged. They weren't wrong. I was told by Willie that I was being helped with the cost by coupons etc, but when I got there the total price was $2000. The "coupon"; he helped me with was a $10 dollar coupon and a $60 coupon. That is petty change when dealing with a $2000 dollar bill. When we asked to see a breakdown of the cost - he got super annoyed and flipped the screen around and went through it so fast we couldn't see it. Then he lied and said the labor charges were built into the price and there was no way to show us labor fees, but when we got our receipt the labor prices were shown separately and were close to 600 dollars. I will never ever EVER be back to Firestone tire because of this location- EVER. I hate to say this too, but I truly believe they took advantage of me because I am a female. I definitely was duped and will advise anyone and everyone to stay FAR away from Firestone tire.

The firestone workers were very nice and respectful even though they were very busy. They were able to inform me of the problems on my car and fix them. The only downside was that I waited 2 hours for them to diagnose my brake problem, and then it took 2 hours to fix it (rightfully so it was messed up bad). This was because I chose to go on the weekend when they are very busy.

October 5, 2024 was not a good day to start the weekend. My wife came into the house and told me that the 2012 GMC Terrain was not working. I went to check the vehicle and I found out the battery was out. This vehicle has the battery underneath the engine, making it very difficult to changing it myself. I called the Firestone auto repair store located at 2414 Hancock Dr in Braselton, GA. My call was answered by Num Vienthongsuk, a very reputable and trustful store manager. He attentively listened to my problem. In few minutes he provided me with instructions to bring my vehicle to the store. Mr. Vienthongsuk was very professional, patient and cognizant about his job. Firestone should keep employees like Mr. Vienthongsuk, he is a good asset to the store. Because of his honesty I have been faithful and loyal to this store in the last 5 years.

99% of all of my reviews are positive, however, can’t do it for this Firestone. As a female, it’s already a disadvantage to walk into a repair shop. The facts; according to their records on April 30 of 2022 I brought my Lexus in and purchased four new tires, an oil change, and had my back brakes redone at their advisement. As you can imagine that Bill was hefty. I’m not a mechanic, but I do know The back brakes rarely go bad on any vehicle. but my luxury SUV now shakes and doesn’t drive right since this break job. This past week I’ve taking it to two other shops. Both said my back breaks are shot , but not my front brakes, that does not make sense to other mechanics. I was told by both other mechanics our front brakes are used way more than the back. Both found it awkward for a new rear brake job to go bad after two years. I called Firestone this morning and said I had a full break job two years ago and now I’m being told it was a bad job. She responded. There’s only a one year warranty on your break discs/rotors but your pads are a lifetime warranty. why would the most expensive long lasting part rotors/discs only have a year warranty when pads go bad regularly? She continued to explain to me. I had no options on the most expensive part of my repair being the rotors/discs, but she’d be happy to start a complaint for the brake pads with the warranty company. Too many games for me. I took my business across the street to Mavis. They were honest with me about the service I received two years ago. They offered a fair price to replace the mistakes made. If you’re in this area, don’t use the fire stone on friendship and spout Springs. Save yourself A lot of money and aggravation. I have found Mavis across the street to be very honest. If they can’t do the work, they always point me to someone trustworthy that can. Firestone is a very trusted brand-name for Tires just not so much For breaks.

Brought my truck in for new tires. I usually use Discount Tire, but they're price was almost 200 dollars. Decided to give Firestone a try. My bill was 95 dollars out the door. Much better pricing. They installed them with the white letters inside instead of outside like I asked. Randy was not happy with the tech when he specifically told him white letters out. Brought the truck back the next day and all was fixed. Randy gave a free alignment for the trouble.
Randy was very welcoming and made it feel like home. Even gave my 5 kids hats along with myself. I will be bringing the rest of my vehicles back to him.

Fantastic! Randy was one of the most helpful people in customer service I have ever encountered. I almost had a blowout on the expressway, I called and he sorted all four tires in literally no time. Helpful and friendly.
