The worst experience ever, the owner Redd had my car since April 8 and finally said it was complete on October 12 for a transmission repair. He never fulfilled any promises of when he said the car would be complete. Then tells me it will be $700 more than agreed to in April. When I tried to pick it up the engine barely runs because he removed it to work on the transmission???? Now my car barely runs and displays a flashing check engine light and shifts worse than when I took the car to him. But he says it is fixed??? I'm taking it to a reputable shop that knows how to fix vehicles and will take legal action as needed to correct this horrible experience. Multiple customers pulled their cars from him over the time my car was there. I should have gone to Aamco! Stay away from this shop, he also yelled obscenities at my wife 4 months into repairs because he does not know what he is doing, I'll be posting that on YouTube. My car may now be totaled because of him and his shop.

ALERT!!! DO NOT GO TO EUROPEAN TRANSMISSION TO REBUILD YOUR TRANSMISSION, IT IS A SCAM, I HAD MANY TRANSMISSION JOBS DONE BY European TRANSMISSION.. ALL OFF THEM COMES BACK WITH PROBLEM AND IT TAKE TWO THREE MONTH TO FIX PROBLEM AND END UP PAYING EXTRA MONEY TO FIX. AND END OF IT JOB STILL NOT DONE. PLUS I HAVE TO PAY FOR PICKING UP AND DROP OF AT HIS PLACE BY TOWING COMPANY BECAUSE IS TO FARE AWAY.. LAST TWO BMW 525 2004, AND 545 I 2004, BEEN SEATING AT HIS PLACE ALMOST 1 YEAR, EVERY TIME YOU CALL HIM HE KEEP GIVE YOU A STORY'S.. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME PAY EXTRA AND GET JOB DONE RIGHT BY SPECIALIST THAT PLACE IS NOT WHO WILL HELP YOU OUT... FOR LAST TWO MONTH TRY TO GET CARS BACK CANT KEEP COME UP WITH CHARGES .... RUN AWAY.

run away as fast as you canordered a rebuilt mini transmission, waited several weeks to get it, installed it and it lasted 2 months, pulled it out and sent it back took red approx 4 months to get me another transmission, installed it did not even get it out of the shop. would not move, called red, gave a bunch of try this try that and nothing worked. finally got a used transmission and finished the car. he has not refunded my money ducked calls etc etcif I could put no stars I would Auto Medic Tupelo ms
