I have used Wren Collision two times. Once I had side mirror knocked off (my fault) and now it's currently at Wren's NOT MY FAULT - hit by a big truck. Will help you with what you need. The front office printed off the police report because my printer wasn't working. They were excellent in communication and I could call any time to check on progress. I will never use another Collision company. But I sure hope I won't have too!

Excellent service, very skilled workers, and incredibly flexible with doing what’s best for the customer. We took our truck in for some body repair work and they went above and beyond - also observed that it wasn’t just us getting this treatment as we waited in their lobby they were incredibly professional and polite and courteous with everyone. More than satisfied with the work compres and the time it took.

My experience with Wren’s Collision Shop was outstanding. Robert and Jessica were incredibly helpful and transparent about both the costs and the timeline for completing my vehicle. They even finished the work a week ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus.

Yesterday, I had a small accident when reversing my Honda Pilot, I didn't realize the door was still open until I hear a noise, when I heard a cracking noise on the left side. I sprained my door on the other car in the driveway, my door wasn't shutting at all, I made an appointment at Wren's Collision, I met with Kevin the manager, he was very nice, he said he can fix the problem, Kevin took my car and drove it around to the shop, I went back and waited in the office a short time , Kevin returned and gave me my keys and told me it's all set, he never charge me, I was shock and excited, I didn't believe he actually fix the problem so soon until he show me my door is opening and closing again, God was good to me again and so is Kevin, I recommend Wren's Collision of Braselton , the folks are friendly especially Kevin. Thanks Kev, you made me very happy.

This car repair shop has gone out of business and has not been updated on Google Maps. I called the previous car repair shop owner many times and did not answer the phone. I doubt why there are so many good reviews!

I appreciated the high level of professionalism and communication from Wrens the entire duration. They have a very knowledgeable team from Jessica in the office to Ally and Donald on the repair side. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and they did an excellent job explaining the estimate to me in great detail. Not at any point did I feel they were trying to upsale. They have earned my business for life.

I had to take my car to get fixed after someone hit my side. They were extremely kind to me (which I really appreciate) and personable. I had my two littles with me who were curious about the shop and they were very accommodating to their curiosity showing them around. We talked and answered all my questions. Car was fixed beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

A few weeks ago I had a deer take out a headlight assembly, fender and part of a door. I chose Wren's because it was a preferred collision service with my insurance company. My insurance company worked with Wren's, and after completion and I was satisfied, all I had to do was pay Wren's my deductible. They kept me informed of the progress, which I really appreciated. The damaged area looks new and the paint matches beautifully. I was dreading the process, but had absolutely no issues.

I hope you never need it, but when you do - GO HERE. Everyone is incredibly nice and they keep you updated on the status of your car constantly. My repair was from a car accident and they worked with the insurance company to make the entire process hassle-free. Work was great - like it never happened. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Finally a service related business that does it right. Everyone is very pleasant and attentive. You are greeted immediately as you enter. The communication was excellent. The work was done faster than the estimated time and it looked perfect. The car actually looked better than it did before the damage. If you want your repair done the right way, go to Wrens in Braselton.

Wouldn’t recommend. The customer service is good and they are attentive to answering phones, but I have had a poor experience with my repairs here.
I came for a repair in summer 2023 and by early spring 2024 I have already had to come back twice under warranty for poor workmanship. This included a damaged undercarriage and peeling paint on my new bumper. For the bumper repaint, it took 10 days instead of the 2 I was prescribed. I was told that they tried to spot strip the bubbling paint and repaint but that the whole bumper started peeling, so they re-stripped the entire bumper to repaint it all correctly. I’m no car expert, but my expectation from some internet searches was that it would’ve been appropriate from the beginning to strip the whole bumper and repaint.
I also have a few new dings and paint chips on other areas of my car since this repainting ordeal that I would bet money on came from the work they did but I would rather live with those than entrust my car to this shop again.

I wanted to wait a full month after getting my car back to be able to accurately report everything related to my experience. In that time, I have been able to thoroughly check out my vehicle in different driving and handling experiences.
Starting with my initial contact with Wrens, the customer service was outstanding, above and beyond my expectations. Jessica and Ally were outstanding, keeping me up-to-date on my repair, and answering any questions I had like I was their most important customer.
As for the repair itself, I couldn't be more pleased. My RAV-4 looks like it did before, but most importantly, runs like it did before my accident. The only way you would know the vehicle was in a wreck would be to look at the headlights, because only one had to be replaced. They even went so far as to clean my rims, vacuum my car, and clean the interior to make it look as nice as possible.
If you are in need of any sort of body work done on your vehicle, I encourage you to take it to Wrens. The work was completed in a timely manner, done well, and I was treated with respect and concern. Thank you for the great experience!
