I recently transfered to Cindy Phillips State Farm Office from the "Awesome work with your customer" Jeff Glover's State Farm Office. And believe it or not this place is breath taking a long with the customer service and hospitality . Cindy Phillips has created a atmosphere of home life work life.Helping the customer feel, as though they are visiting a really close friend, who will help you in your time of need.

I recently went through a horrific tragedy and had to call my aunt’s agent Cindy Phillips with State Farm. It was Easter weekend but she answered the phone and promptly sent help as the home needed to be hazmatted. She has continued to help me throughout this process and has gone above and beyond the line of duty! I would recommend her to anyone!

My son just recently bought his very first car on his own. Norma helped make getting everything in order so he could drive his new car off the lot a breeze. So less stressful then trying to do everything online or via an automated phone call. Thank you Norma for helping him get the insurance coverage he needed!

Jonn, a licensed agent in Cindy's office, shows an unmatched level of care and consideration for her clients. I would recommend this agency to anybody looking for insurance--the level of customer service is incredible, and they are attentive and responsive to clients' needs.

Great staff! I recently had a claim while out of town at a family funeral. I made one call, and they handle everything from getting the claim going to getting me back home for Christmas! The team at the office also sent us a sympathy card. You don't find that kind of service and compassion from many agencies.

Always was super friendly and staff was helpful enough. Until we found a discrepancy in what State Farm was charging me for one of my vehicles. It was several hundred over what I would have been charged if I had opened the account that day. Switched insurance saved a ton and Cindy told me that the other insurance wouldn’t be there if anything happened, as opposed to fixing the price difference. Wouldn’t offer a credit or refund for the thousands I over paid.
