He walked through the entire process with me. After 4 weeks of paying the $100 deductible, the car is back. I already put 10k on it. He is a very honest gentleman. “Long review but worth the read! So I have a 05 ford e150. It went to 3 shops. Advanced motorsports in blairsville 3 times in 3 days total of 1800 dollars failed each day. Decided to send it to Jacky Jones ford in hayesville failed 2 times within 5 miles of leaving 1900 dollars. Then I sent it to Jacky Jones Murphy nc. Failed 3 times 5,000 dollars died in 4 days. I told Murphy ford put a new engine in it I've check everything something is major is wrong they told me my Forman is a 20 year mechanic he probably knows more than you... well it failed and they wouldn't give me any of my money back. I found Pete and his guys and I said please just put a new engine in my van and fix anything you find and make it reliable. I'm now at 9k miles on the new engine not a single issue! In all I put about 18k into this and Pete and his crew made it all good and did a amazing job I checked the work from torque specs to wiring harnesses! Please people take my advice if you read this DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE GO DIRECTLY TO ENGINE MAN LLC SERIOUSLY!!! I CANT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH! I have 8 cars adding 1 more in a few months and will send all my vehicles that I can't fix to Pete amazing job! Thank you so much for making vehicle reliable again it means alot! Also still really need to send the mazda down there soon I'll call ya Monday! Thanks again! Everyone please trust me when I say this is a very good company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“I went in here desperately needing help. I had met a guy working there lyfting: him before as I expressed all my issues with my VW. He told me to bring it by one day. I waited and sure enough lights came on the next day I waited a few weeks to take it in due to its routine warranty and fire stone had messed up however, safety components are getting messed up such as my Parks systems lane assist, etc. my check engine light coming on. They were able to diagnose it not once, but twice tell me get the codes to the dealership so they can easily resolve my issue of what computer module is having issues. They were friendly to my kids even gave them a car. They are great people people thank you guys and lady! I will refer anyone, everyone I know that has German cars! Friendly service.
