Friendly staff, clean place, machines are spaced out, has tanning and red light therapy (coming soon) highly reccomend people to workout here!

Trainer Brock is absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledge of the body, exercises, and how to accommodate injuries. Training sessions were challenging and great. Highly recommend!
