Traveling through on I 85 when my car needed attention. Staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door and saw favorable google reviews so brought my car in. They were honest regarding when they could take a look, but were able to offer a reasonable timeframe for repairs so I could get back on the road. Issue was much more straightforward than anticipated and I was safely back on the road sooner than I was expecting. Would highly recommend them! Thank you!

We have always gotten the help we need any time we've stopped by for help. They go out of their way to help fix whatever problem you might have.
Each time we have been in, just for a visit since we know the owner, his bays have all been full. He does great work.
I recommend you go here for your auto repairs and advise!!

Headed to Birmingham from Concord NC and wife noticed the battery light came on. Google mapped mechanic near by and this place was only 5 miles south of us , Pulled up and noticed it was super busy but Matt said he would take a look, ended up being the alternator. He said he would get us taken care of, I wasn’t expecting for him to go out of the way to get it done but he did just that. In and hour and a half. Would have to say if you have any vehicle issues and are in the area this is the place to go. Thanks again Matt, very much appreciated

My Chevrolet Silverado 1500 work truck had transmission issues and it had to be repaired/rebuilt. The owner explained to me the problem, quoted a fair price, and was able to complete the job in a good amount of time. Thanks again.

TLDR: super fast service/excellent customer service.Car troubles happen at the worst times-always! Our minivan that carts around our 5 babies broke down the week of thanksgiving-and I had no idea where to take it. Times are hard and I wanted to find a trustworthy shop that I wouldn’t have gotten ripped off and/or told my van needed a million and one repairs to get it back on the road (esp with high mileage and seven lights flashing on the dash).First reason I chose this shop: as I frantically called several shops and tow companies, this shop(and many others) didn’t answer the phone. I didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail, I just went on down the list of places listed on google with good reviews! But Matt called me back VERY shortly after they missed my call. That is awesome customer service considering I hadn’t even left a VM.Second reason: After a couple other shops had already told me they wouldn’t touch the work the needed to be done, and I’d be lucky to find any other shop other than Honda to do it, Matt confidently told me he had no problem doing it!! Said he had to look at it first of course-and that if he did look at it and determined he wasn’t able to do the work he wouldn’t charge me for the diagnostic. Work was completed THE SAME DAY! My van didn’t arrive to his shop till closing time so he started the next morning and I had the van back that same day!! I thought for sure we would be stuck at home on thanksgiving unable to travel to our family’s. However, Matt made that happen. Thanks dude!

With 5 minutes to close we were across the street with a flat tire unable to get the spare on, we walked across the street and they were so quick to come over and help us. We are from out of town so not only did they make this experience a lot better than it could have been, but they also pointed us in the right direction!!! We are SOOO thankful!!!!Service: Tires
