Was recently there to have a key made.
While trying to pay , my Visa was declined.
Found out later it was a Visa error.
Instead of having to leave and come back, a employee named Rob, payed my bill.
How sweet!

Unfortunately the place environment has changed some. Really missing the one manager in the back at the mower section. He was very knowledgeable and always got us the right parts. Still like the store but the help and knowledge just isn’t what it was.

I always prefer going to Ace stores. The people are always helpful. Went in looking for Exmark stuff. But I didn’t see anything.

Great service! I don’t typically shop at this location because it’s further from my house but when I have shopped here in the past I’ve always had a good experience. I’ve boughten my zero turn lawn mower from here last year since this was a “lawn mower” store and that was a great experience too, since I was able to get answers on questions I had about different mowers I was looking at. I came in today to get tubing for a project I was working on and was out the door within 3 minutes all thanks to an associate who helped me on the floor.

This is a great place for gossip that tries to ruin people's lives. That is consistent with the US today. Just didn't think a company that survived on sales and profits would be involved.
