Exceptional Service During a Storm

I can’t thank Bowman Auto enough for their incredible help during Hurricane Helene. Richard and Gale Rousey went above and beyond to assist me. They came to my home 45 minutes away, even in the dark, bringing a cooler of food. They removed trees that had fallen into power lines, both blocking my driveway and the road. Their quick and efficient work allowed me to safely get out of my driveway and cleared the road for others. Their dedication and willingness to help in such a critical situation were truly commendable. Highly recommend Bowman Auto for their outstanding service and community spirit!”

“These people are the Greatest ! Had a big problem as I was getting ready to leave that very day. Within a few hours their mechanic Adam came to my campground and took several hours to fix my problem. He didn’t stop for a minute but just kept working. Polite hard working young man.Next morning I left and got an hour out when my engine light came on. I pulled over on a major Hwy . I thought I had to be towed. I called my tow company and you know everything you need to know about that ! When they ask you how many tires you have you know your in trouble ! She couldn’t even find my location on her GPS. I had the number of the Hwy, a street number and the major city. Tow truck never came, police didn’t stop nor anyone else. I then called Ingram and told them my problem and that I was waiting on a tow truck that didn’t show up in three hours. I was going to ask them for information on what to do ? She told me my husband and I will come and get you and hopefully get there before the tow truck. I figured they would assist me on getting towed to their shop. He fixed up the problem right there on the Hwy and off I went heading to Florida. When I return to Georgia I will have them go over my coach with a fine tooth comb. I have a 43 ft. Motor home and a single senior widowed women. They are the BEST and a blessing ! I can’t thank them enough !”
