On October 26, I mailed by Priority Mail, expected delivery date was October 27. It is now October 31 and is sitting in Houston, TX. Why was it sent to Houston, TX, when it just needed to go to Byron, GA?

Worst post office ever. Constantly delivering packages to the wrong address. My most recent experience, they left a note saying they couldn't deliver my children's school photos because they cannot be bent and they couldn't get to my front door. No alternatives to receive them given. I put the note with a note from me on my mailbox asking them to put them in or near the garage if they can't get to the front door. They took the note two days ago. Still no photos. Just tried calling to see if the photos are at the post office so I can just go pick them up. Line rang and rang and rang and rang. No answer. Would give negative stars if that were an option.

I’ve been living here 24-years and can’t recall a single issue with the Bonaire USPS. There’s been a lot of growth in this area and I’m sure there are growing pains associated with it. I don’t typically review, but I find this overall rating to be lopsided.

Received notification that my package was not able to be delivered due to “animal interference “. However, during said time there was no delivery vehicle by my house (yes we have cameras that see the mail boxes and the front door), nor were there any animals in my yard.

Constantly delivering my mail to the wrong address. Once is a fluke, twice is a coincidence, thrice is a pattern. Anymore than that is laughably unacceptable

This post office is too small to handle the volume they receive, but they manage somehow. Very hardworking carriers and clerks. Nothing but respect and gratitude for the thankless job they do.

Do the drivers even know what the red flag is on the side of the mailbox? Just cause I have no mail to receive doesn't mean you can just ignore the flag being up. Pathetic

I'm pretty sure the post person has been stealing my packages for months, because they are always marked as delivered and never actually delivered, even when I watch them pass by my house. I talked to a lady behind me at the post office and she said the same thing; even checks are missing from her address.

Prepare to throw your phone !!!It's impossible to talk to anyone I've called 6 times and have never reached an actual person, the stupid automated service is beyond annoying and ignorant if you breath wrong it screws up and takes you to something completely wrong and you end up having to hangup and call back . It doesn't recognize anything you say it gets everything wrong . I absolutely hate my experience with this USPS???
