This place is pretty awful. I dropped off 2 packages at this store, only one made it to its destination. The other on the tracker said it was still at the store. I went in with my receipt and got nothing. No one working there knew what to do or even a number I could call to get an answer. The 2 kids working there didn’t even have someone to call to try and find a solution. There is clearly no manager that works there and no training.

Online estimate for shipping was off by 50%. Yes, it cost me 50% more for the actual shipping. Kid that waited on me cared about zero percent. He just wanted me to go away. I sent an email complaining about this to the store and it has been nearly 24 hours, and I haven't gotten a reply. Piss poor service.
Update as of Today, September 10th I have not received a reply from this store. I did just as the owner suggested and emailed him at the address he gave on August 28th. That's plenty of time. Typical of today's business mentality.

Difficult to give a higher score than this after delivering to the counter a $3,000 drone it was never loaded on the truck and disappeared somewhere from the counter to the vehicle in the back the manager there was very helpful in doing her investigation but I'm still out my drone hopefully I'll have a good conclusion to this

I frequent this business a lot. Customer service is always top tier, however, today's visit was awkward and customer service took a turn. I hope it's just an anomaly. Also, family members hanging around the establishment isn't a good look. Family members got in the way of the young lady on duty providing customer service.

As someone else already stated, they do NOT do Passport photos- contrary to a Google search for that service. The business needs to remove that from their online services list.

The gentleman working at this location this morning was so kind and went above and beyond. When he noticed I was printing a resume he offered to use a higher weight paper for a nicer touch, and wished me luck on my interview before I left. It's the little things - he truly brightened my morning!! 10/10 100% recommend!!!

The sign literally says passport photos, yet when I asked if they did them, the employee said, “No, ma’am.” Gave two stars cause he called me ma’am.

The people that work here are very helpful. There is plenty of parking, including handicap parking. The UPS Store is also handicap accessible.
