PunchFront has been one of the best gyms we have ever been to! This gym is very family orientated, and they actually care about providing quality training to all athletes. Communication is top notch, and we love being apart of this gym!

The coaches are amazing. My daughter loves PFGC. She has grown so much in gymnastics in a short period of time. All the coaches and staff are family & goal oriented while giving your child personalized attention. They truly want your child to succeed. They are by no doubt the best gym in the area.She is also doing cheer her now. Truly the best!

My daughter started private lessons with Antwon 4 months ago. When starting her private lessons she had a back handspring. She now has a round off tuck, round off back handspring tuck and recently landed her standing tuck.Antwon is a GREAT coach. He genuinely cares about his students. He takes the time to explain each drill and make sure that the student understands how to apply the drill to the skill they are learning. We will continue to use Antwon as our coach in our private lessons through the rest of high school.

I called and spoke with Tay she was pleasant to speak with and meet! All the kids hugged her before practice. Great staff!

An athlete that goes to this gym is a friend of mine by the name of Antwon Carter is such a good cheerleader and coach he’s a hard worker & a great tumbler ! always has a smile on his face & put smiles on others always giving advice , uplifting and gives athletes the courage to get new skills overall he’s a really nice person in general keep up the good work

My child really enjoys private lessons with Antwon! Antwon is so encouraging to my son and makes learning tumbling fun! He takes time to send me videos so I can see his improvement. I would highly recommend PunchFront and Antwon for learning tumbling! My son is always ready to go and ask to have lessons with Antwon like all the time!

Both my husband and I grew up as tumblers and eventually moved into the cheer world. It was important to us to find a gym that knew what they were doing, cared about our babies and yet pushed them to reach their full potential once they get older. We found it here at Punchfront! They are currently doing renovations and I’m so excited for what’s to come! They have already expanded the toddler area (it’s separate from the big gym which I LOVE) and have upgraded the parking lot and lobby! The coaches and owners absolutely love their job and truly care about the kids. My boys love it here and ask to go every day. I highly recommend!

My daughter got kicked in the eye (bleeding as a result of this). I understand things happen (this is not my issue) but what sent me is the indicating that it was basically her fault. Shes 6 and new to gymnastics. She's under your care since i clearly can't do it for you its kind of the expectation that you will. Called to cancel her membership and do you think someone bothered to ask how she was? Of course not. Just asked, "Is she the one that got hurt yesterday?"

I had the best phone conversation with Mrs.Tay and once we arrived the building looked great! Clean and crisp nice air flow clean restrooms! Our daughter was so excited to join! Thank you Mrs.Tay you are so sweet and helpful!

Wow, don't even know where to begin. We joined the Punchfront family last June. When I started noticing the smiles, laughter and just overall happiness when my athlete arrived at the gym and leaving the gym I knew we made the right choice. My athlete has been in the All-Star world for 8 years and in NY state and GA before we choose Punchfront. We finally feel we are at home and in the exact place we need to be for her personal growth and the skills she brings to her team. We were welcomed with open hearts and arms from day 1. They not only train for skills they are learning life lessons and becoming productive members of society. This season Marlii got what could be a season ending injury. The overwhelming support she as well as our family has received is amazing. In 8 prior years and two different states I can honestly say I do not believe we would have received this much support. This amazing gym is truly our extended family and we feels so blessed to have them in our lives.

Awesome coaches and staff ! I loved how patient and attentive the coaches were with my 3 yr old daughter . She loved going here & cried almost every time we would leave lol. Just a head ups, they are renovating everything so sometimes a class may be cancelled, however , they offer makeup classes & they let you know about class cancellations in advance:-)

I love this place. My granddaughter is 4 and is always eager to go. They make it fun at this age.
