We frequent this Publix often as it's only about a mile from home. It's always clean and well stocked. Their deli's sandwiches and hot foods are good, especially their Marti Gras wings!

Customer service has gone downhill. The last three times I tried to get something from the deli it was a cluster duck. A crowd a people standing and waiting for service like it was a crime scene. Usually one confused employee behind the counter.
Management needs to visit the store at Vilano Beach. Very organized que lines, great service, more than one staff member making it happen.

I'm not a fan of this Publix because of the pharmacy. There hadn't been one time that I've come to the pharmacy and not had an issue. The pharmacist is also not friendly. He seems very rude and no one knows simple insurance answers.

I cringe everytime I go to the Deli and Nick is there. He is just a smartas that has no customer skills.
