I'm sure it was a great place to workout at but it's closed now. They are many gyms to workout at in Houston County. You just got to find one that makes you happy

I used to love this gym but now would never recommend this gym to anyone, and highly recommend anyone looking into this gym to look somewhere else. I was moving and assured my membership would be cancelled at the front desk but mistakenly did not get anything in writing. Come to find out over 3 YEARS LATER, I was still being charged monthly and because the credit card expired 3 month prior, they continued to charge the account until they sent it to collections without notifying me. This is from the new company, not the old company so don't let them tell you that they are any different. I then get a call from multiple spam numbers claiming I still owed hundreds of dollars plus now collection fees. I talked with an older store manager who wouldn't give me any info on the management company to try and get this resolved but told me about it happening to other people too. Very shady "Health Club".

To be honest, the gym is quite old. You can tell that the equipment hasn't been updated. BUT they do fix things once they are notified. The staff is friendly and will do their best to helpwith memberships. Private training is for real. I've trained under Elsy (fem) and a few of the male trainers. They will train you in the gym, but it's definitely up to you to keep to your diet and training outside the sessions. Because it is a smaller gym, you will end up seeing the same people regularly. It's nice. After a while, someone is going to notice and hype you up. It just happens. But if that's not your thing, no worries. Overall, it's quiet and you get 24 hour access with memberships, so you can also come in when no one is around. Anywyas, I'd definitely recommend Kinetix. Especially since every first Monday you can join free aerobics classes like Zumba or Cycling. And there are food trucks.

PLEASE READ! Owner is nothing but a money thief. First off, the gym never has equipment that properly functions and It takes forever to get anything fixed. And I canceled my membership back in 2021, well one day the owner “who supposedly canceled my membership” calls and demands me to pay $557 in fees long after i canceled my membership . I explained that I’ve had a cancelled membership way before fees could be added to my account so he got an attitude and hung up the phone. Weeks later i get a email stating where he sent my account to collections where it negatively impacted my credit report. But this isn’t the only time he has done this. I personally have 3 friends that used to go there and the exact same thing happened. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE

24 hr access is awesome. But Couple of the machines don’t work and haven’t been fixed for a long time.

Dishonest owner. It used to be decent until he took over. You pay a maintenance fee but cables cords and the machine be down for several months. They will also add contracts time to the previous one. Very cheap, add water to the soap. Dang you already using the cheap brand!

Cables for 4 machines were broken for over 6 months. Mirrors are dirty. Dusty. I like them because it's never really crowded. Not happy about the mysterious 49 dollars I just got charged for upkeep.

Management needs to step up and monitor equipment. Numerous machines are missing parts and pins and people end up waiting to get on crowded machines cause others cannot be used. When a member pays for a membership, equipment should be upkept in working condition. Seriously...how long does it take to order a pin for a machine? Someone in managment needs to perform an inventory inspection like yesterday!

The fitness center is very safe to use for COVID-19, social distancing and the equipment is OK. The music is played too loud and why can't I listen to my on music.

I just want to reach out and say I don’t recommend anyone send their child to work at this joke of a gym! I have had so many complaints to me since moving here About the new manager Josh and the staff. Not to mention just tonight a friend of mine went to the gym and was not serviced after 10 minutes and the manager was just walking around doing nothing and made eye contact with them at the desk. The only person who offered assistance is the old manager luckily she still works out at the gym. On top of that I have been told the owners Business License is expired. On top of that I have been informed 4 females have quit working here 2 due to the manager putting his hands on them and 2 due to the manager telling them “they work childcare and clean they are not good for anything else” this is just my opinion to all after hearing these things.

I'm from out of state working in Georgia, I informed the front desk that I would only need a one month membership, she was very friendly and helpful, but she told me that it would be $105 plus tax for the one month. Granted I was only in the building for 5 minutes but the gym was dirty and crowded definitely not worth $105 for a month. I would have payed 50 but even then it's over priced. Don't waste your time unless you have pockets full of money to pay there outrageous prices
