Don't believe any of the negative reviews. This daycare facility has been so wonderful at caring for my infant. My husband and I are so grateful for this staff. Ms. Ileta and Ms. Joanne are some wonderful people. Thank you for everything ❤️-Ashley & Marcus Bowens

My son went there briefly. We pulled him out after some bad wounds inflicted by the care givers. He was being mistreated, and I saw it myself and so did my boyfriend and my sons grandma. I pulled him out. I asked to see the cameras and they refused. Here are pictures of the wounds after they were long into the healing process. They also called me to pick him up several times with a fever of over 101 and he was 98.4 ish each time.

My grandson was enrolled in the daycare for only a week. Day 3 of him being there we were told he was not a good fit for daycare. They said he needed to be home. The next 2 days we were told he did good. The next week we were told he couldn't come back.A one year old can't be doing that much. They have picks and choosing of who they want to keep. The director never spoke to us she had her workers to tell us he couldn't return.

I could type for hours about how much we have loved our experience at JL # 2. My daughter has been there for four years ND is only leaving now because it's time for her to go to Pre-K. Every teacher my daughter has had has been SO wonderful. Ms. Nadya, Ms. Kira, Ms. Kerissa, Ms. Gabby, Ms. Jennifer, and Ms. Shauna have all been daily names in our household! We have loved how well they have taken care of my girl and all her needs. The director, Mrs. Joe Ann, is absolutely incredible. She pays so much attention to each child and their needs, she communicated with me well when there were problems or concerns, and even allowed me to contact her on her personal phone multiple times when I was worried about my daughter or had a question/concern.The team at JL # 2 truly feels like family to us, and we are going to miss everyone so, so much!On a less emotional note - rate changes are always clearly communicated and don't happen often, issues/concerns about my child were always discussed quickly but thoroughly, and my babe was always bringing home art and stories about what she learned. The center is clean, well kept, stocked with lots of toys and nice playground equipment, and meals have always been nutritious and delicious, per my daughter.

I called to possibly enroll my children and they refused a tour prior to enrollment. I understand Covid and wanting to protect children enrolled, but how do you expect a mother to be comfortable taking her children somewhere you will no allow her to see.

My child started at 2. She was struggling with potty training. She was potty trained two weeks after starting. Her face was always clean. That was a big deal for me. I would recommend this center!
