Perhaps one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I went in to pick some colors for the exterior of our house. We chose the 2 colors and asked for the smallest amount of paint we could get so that I could paint a piece of wood to display the colors for our HOA. From the start the customer service person was rude and short with me. Perhaps it was because I was interrupting the baseball game they were trying watch on their phones. When it was time to pay the cost was more than my painter said it would be to get a small amount. I mentioned I was told it would be probably about $10 each. The rep said ot wouldn't be that cheap for a quart. That price is more for a sample and that I never asked for a sample in a vey condescending tone. I admit that I didn't specify a sample, but I feel that the rep could have advised me better so that I did t spend $56 on 2 quarts when samples would have suited my needs. Mistakes happen, but the attitude and tone I got during the whole interaction was unnecessary. I'm not a painter or an expert so it would have been nice to receive some advice and guidance.

Visited the store today & customer service was very poor. I’m not going to mention names because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble. Very different crew over the years, I miss the old staff. Please talk to your staff about customer service because acting like customers are a burden is the quickest way to send them elsewhere with better service.

The color was right and had friendly employees but I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the paint. It went on so thin and streaky that I had to apply 3 coats just to get a semi-decent look. Honestly preferred the paint I got at Lowe’s instead.

I can't say enough on how professional and dedicated these people are. Outstanding service and always go the extra mile to help. As a contractor, I highly recommend this store in particular.

So nice! They didn’t have the paint I needed, so they gave me a better one for the price of the one I needed. Will definitely be back for all my paint!

Just took time out of my Sunday morning to try and find a Sherman William stain for my painter to use. I came in stating I needed help finding some stain options. The clerk working was incredibly dismissive and rude. I didn’t need it matched and was simply looking for options or samples. Not only did he not provide any potential colors but didn’t even have a catalogue or samples.What a waste of time, next time I’ll make sure to go to the big name stores.
