Although their freezers are being serviced right now, I still love Sam's! Weekly deals make bulk shopping worth it. I've been helped loading my car with heavy purchases and if they don't have a specific item that I came for, I've been helped by an associate to find something comparable. The cafe there is yummy and inexpensive.

This Sam's club is closest & most convenient for me, rarely go and yesterday went for 3 things and whole 4 aisles of freezer section was basically 60% empty?!? So only had 1 of the 3 went for in the 1st place. My membership renewal is mid Aug. ($100-$110), might be time to change companies?

We love Sam's but we've been twice in 3 weeks and the freezer section and some refrigerator sections are closed. Couldn't be fixed in 3 weeks? We have a membership for a reason and can't buy what we need. Disappointed.

Collectively, Sam's Club is a decent place to shop, but I do wish that for a membership, the standards would be higher. This Sam's is small and items are frequently out of stock. In the last few months, the deli meat section has been totally empty several times and today when I went the entire cold section was wrapped off to customers. Over the last few years, I've had to return items such as strawberries, deli meat and chicken due to it being rotten but not past expiration date. Unfortunately, we cannot use the pickup option which is a major selling point when you have kids. Everytime we use it, we get expired , almost expired, or non expired but rotten items. I dont need 30 rolls that expire tomorrow thanks. They also forget items from our order, which I only realize after I get home. They cannot refund you over the phone, you have to get back out, go inside and shop for your items yourself, you cant even get it from the pickup area. Such fun with kids. I do love the Sam's rewards but it may not be enough to keep us here. If you are looking to improve, please fix your pickup situation- use employees who care, Walmart surprisingly gets it right! Or refund me over the phone when I'm missing half of my order. Also, if large items like your entire freezer is down, please send an email so we dont waste our time. Lastly, the shopping carts are not kid friendly, meaning the seat the kids sit in is slanted and uncomfortable for the babies to sit on. They hang over the front of the handle where you push! Not safe. This location needs an upgrade with both equipment and employees.

*Attention management and corporate* Last two visits to this location the coolers were empty and the freezers either empty or plastic wrapped shut and inaccessible due to temperature fluctuations resulting in a lot of wasted food! Do your customers a favor and update your equipment so I can get what I need please! An associate tells me this is happening at 7 locations across the state. I’d say it’s time to pump some money into these stores! Costco doesn’t seem to have these problems ?.

Usually such an effortless experience to shop here, especially with a Plus Membership. However, I'm noticing quite a bit of items I usually go for are "out of stock." Gyro kit, soups, lunch meat and frozen chicken tenders. I know the coolers by the bakery were down a couple of weeks ago. Are the freezers also down? I rely on this membership to have a good selection at decent prices to feed my family. Not even frozen strawberries? 2 stars. I'll raise my review accordingly if this changes.

One of the worst clubs I have been in.
Restrooms are in desperate need of attention. And most employees are rude and eye you like you should not be there. Some are polite and try to help, but most, like I said, seem to want to send you out.

Had a scheduled appointment to have my wife’s hearing checked and no one showed up. I live 1/2 hour so a 1 hour round trip for nothing. Called the number and they said they would have a manager call me. Hasn’t happened so far. Going to cosco!

Love Sam's. Warehouse style environment. Great place to buy in bulk. Always clean and well maintained. Great food court with very low prices and plenty of seating.

Crystal deserves some accolades in the concession area! While we were in line we observed her swiftness, accuracy, and appeared to be enjoying her job duties! Sam’s Club needs more Crystal’s!!!

We have been Sam’s Club members for almost 20 years. This is the worst Sam’s Club location we have seen. It is poorly stocked ….many of the refrigerated cases are completely empty and some are dirty. Some employees just don’t seem to care about customers, and are simply going through the motions to get a pay check.
It has been this way for our last several visits. No comparison to the Costco that is just a few miles away.
