They never have their stock listed on the website. Then when you call they place you on hold until it times out and hangs up on you. I tried to call the other sections at Sam’s to get someone else and the calls were forwarded to a call center with a person that stated they were not in the store and did not know what was in stock. So you have to drive there just to find out they don’t have what you need (they honestly never do in the auto section).

Absolutely awful. I had a 3pm appointment to have a nail removed and patched. I saw no other customers the whole time i was there and only one other car in the bay that wasnt even being worked on. 4pm came around and my car hadn't been touched. I wish i could give less than one star.

Atrociously unorganized do not try to apply here will not receive a call for four weeks and then you'll end up getting denied because they don't know how to do paperwork in their own system.... Or if you try to call up here to ask about your interview or your application the ladies at membership will argue with you instead of putting you on with a manager like you asked if you make it to the interview you'll be able to tell just by going into the building, how atrociously unorganized they are. It's like they are being ran by a group of 18-year-olds

Horrible service for curbside pickup. Order wasn't ready by the specified time, and if you call the store no one answers. Called 5 times in a row, waiting on the line for 5 minutes each time. After 25 minutes of waiting, my order still was not ready. This is a common issue too, every time I do curbside pick up I remember why I hate coming here. If it weren't for the bulk prices I wouldn't ever come to this store again. Ridiculous. Management/Company: if you don't have enough employees to fulfill curbside pick up orders, don't offer curbside pick up!!!

This review is only for the gas station at Sam's Club.We came here to fill up the gas tank before driving back to Atlanta. The gas price was the least expensive in Athens. The gas station was clean, and located across the parking lot from Sam's Club. The station's queue area leading up to the pumps could accommodate many cars and the painted lines were straight and visible. Fortunately, we didn't have to wait in a long line; however, the wait time was extended due to customers not being in any hurry. I usually see a Sam's Club employee walking around the gas station, no matter where I go; not this time, though.

Employees that don't seem to want to be here. Garbage around every corner. Dirty floors, scattered merchandise and disgusting bathrooms. Classic Walmart / Sam's experience.

I placed an order a pick up on 11/16 and it scheduled between 12:00-1:00pm on 11/17. Had a friend who was kind enough to make the trip out there from another town. She arrived about 12:15. Finally at 1:30 she was able to find someone to help her. Only to be told the order wasn’t ready. I made multiple calls and spent 1 1/2 hrs on hold trying to speak with a manager but no one ever picked up. Finally at 7:29pm Sams notified me that my order was ready. Thank goodness Costco just opened in Athens. They will get my business from now on.

I feel compelled to give this place 5 stars for the cheap gas, the rotisserie chickens and the self checkout app. So many of the other reviews on here are petty complaints or racist rants. Come on, it's a Sam's club, it's exactly like every other Sam's club. If anything this Sam's club is probably in the top 10% of Sam's clubs for all around cleanliness and product availability.

I have been waiting for over 18 hours for my pick up order to be ready for pick up. The past couple of times I have placed a pick up order I have had to wait past my scheduled pick up time. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I really liked Sam's club! BUT it's a little ridiculous to start cooking baked chickens right before you close. My husband went in on Sunday afternoon right at 4:30 the person working in that area said the chickens would be ready in 26 mins. Well it's 5:20 and they aren't ready.. why don't you cook hour before you close. you close at 6:00.. amd what a waste to have all those chickens sitting there... so does that mean you will reheat them for the next day..that's pretty disgusting.. I think you need to manager your time better in that area!

Ordered coffee. Was sent within two days. The only complaint is with Fed X. It was raining and the driver set the box on the steps rather than on the porch under the shelter
