We have an older cranky dog and a very needy 6 year old one. They loved on both of them while we were gone and took excellent care. They didn't seem as anxious as they were when we picked them up from another boarding facility in the past. I really enjoyed their written daily reports as well. Thank you so much for the care given to the furry members of our family!

Today makes the second day my pup Leo has joined Pawtropolis I can't lie I was a little nervous but... I have had nothing but great experience this early into it. Morning drop offs have been amazing, I have received great communication from all of the staff who has been around leo for the day (especially Shannon !! leo's favorite! ) Every afternoon at pickups they keep me updated on how his day was & what he needs improvement on & they give me relief letting me know they will help him work on these issues as well. They truly run a good center & i can tell every staff members who works here truly cares about the pups.

Pawtropolis West is an amazing place with super friendly staff and very clean facilities. They treat our dogs like family members and always provide a daily update of their experience. I love the webcams which helps alleviate my separation anxiety.

I have a 3 month old English Setter puppy and I took him to several dog parks hoping to socialize him. Each time a big dog would pounce on him. I did some research and toured pawtropolis and brought Elvis there this morning for his first play group meeting. He was there for the day and we were able to watch him at any time on their webcam. He looked so happy!! The staff was so caring and friendly and patient with him. After all he’s a 3 month old puppy and can be rambunctious! I am so pleased to bring him back in 2 days. Thank you so much!!!!

Love "School"! This is how we refer to Pawtropolis! My Babies Love It! We Love It! The team here are Super! The Services are unmatched! I can watch my Babies while I am at work and know they are safe and cared for. I wish I could get my "Twins" in daily they would sure go. Only 'if' the opening hours were earlier. Otherwise, BILLY, Daniel Alondra and the whole Team are truly Amazing!!! Having to board them... This is the spot. Having to train them... yep right here! Grooming oh go figure... HERE! I can't stress what this place means to my Babies! They get excited when I say school!! I am so happy they are happy to go. We love Pawtropolis!!!

My sweet 1 year old golden retriever came to stay for a luxury sleepover with daycare added on each day. I dropped him off with calming chews since it was his first time and told them to call me for permission to use if he seemed anxious.
This morning, a girl called me and said "He is okay, nothing is wrong he is all good" and that he was scratching at the door before playgroup for daycare and asked if they could administer calming chews. I said yes and thanked her for called me.
Upon picking him up this afternoon, I learned that he had blood on his door and needed his paw cleaned and I was not notified. The employee thought they had called and spoken to the owner. I am the owner and no one told me.
I found out unpacking his bag upon arriving home that he did not eat a meal from leftover bags. I called and THEN they told me he did not eat breakfast this morning when they asked to administer medication. He is not supposed to have the calming medication on an empty stomach so I would've said no. I also asked the food to be wet and it being dumped in the bag shows it was never made wet.
I was excited for my dog's stay and am so disappointed and honestly feel I've only been told the half truth of my pup's stay. I went out of town placed my trust in a recommended business to be so let down is so sad, unfortunately look elsewhere for an overnight stay :(

The staff was very friendly on phone and in person. I was just a ball of anxiety, here’s my short story: My dog has some behavior issues (doesn’t like other ppl or pets) so i was very skeptical but Billy talked to me and took time out of his schedule to meet my German shepherd (Ace) before his scheduled stay to determine if his behavior would be ok or not. Surprisingly, Ace did WAY better than I’d imagined upon meeting with Billy. So Pawtropolis really saved our vacation and although Ace wasn’t a good candidate for daycare, he was able to stay in a private apartment for about 10 days there and he did just fine. During his stay they said his behavior had progressed in a good way. When i picked him up he looked happy and healthy. Thank you Pawtropolis! Thank you Billy! Keep up the good work y’all have a great team of employees! I will be using your services in the future and would def recommend to others!

Very well run kennel, daycare and dog training classes. Well staffed, professional, fair pricing. I trust my 80lb Akita with them. She enjoyed her stay and bath. Im signing up for dog training for some of her behavior issues.
