Shady in the way they solicit business, shouldn't be surprised that it was Allstate. The agency doesn't matter. They sell snake oil. When disaster hits your home Allstate WILL NOT COVER YOU.I've been hit by an Allstate driver with the exact same experience. I lost thousands in value on my car, and Allstate gave me a pittance.You may save a few dollars with Allstate, and they may try to bribe you with a pathetic Amazon gift card, but just remember... your house is a massive investment. Do you really want a cut rate insurance company? When you have a problem it will cost you much more than the small amount you might save.Stay far FAR away from Allstate. I will post this same message on any Allstate agency that spams me for business.

Where do I start with the Womack experience. I know? my agent Kim Collette she is one of a kind. I have had nothing but the Best experience with this insurance company thus far and she have made it that way. She is naturally warming every time I call - (most rep you can feel their tone) but she is so very welcoming like "I gotcha back" feeling. (Funny: I called in one day I was praying so hard that she answered and she did- we just laughed after I told her I was praying she answered). I am also a first time home owner and she even took her time to reassure me that I had the correct coverage - mind you I'm the first one in my family to ever own a "House" and that was very big and I had no clue on what type of House insurance coverage I needed she walked me through. And then this time around she help me with the total lose of my husband truck he was hit head-on last year. We have shared stories, laughter and we never seen each other in person and that is amazing to know that there is still good people with good intentions out here in the world today. I am so GRATEFUL for her and I really want her to know it. Mrs. Kim you rock. - I don't know the names of the other people that helped out while we was only working on one car (when you husband) had his wreck he rocked as well. But I'm happy with Allstate everybody have their own opinion and outlook but I'm satisfied and THANK YOU for my experience.

My fiancé and I had an incredible experience figuring out the best plan for our insurance as we get married and are going through a lot of updates and changes! Noah was so helpful and encouraging throughout the entire process and walked us through everything to make sure we fully understood and were getting what was best for us! We will definitely work with this company, and specifically Noah again!
