Love shopping here, and will be sad to see it close! The staff is fantastic and super friendly! The 3 people helping me made me feel super comfortable asking questions. I think their names were Evie, Shayla and Katie (who was the manager on duty). I got everything I needed in one trip! Truly a neighborhood store!

My experience here was horrible. I suggest you go to lowes or home depot. Even the person working there suggested I go to another ace store.

I was there today 04/28/24 at 4:00 to buy crutch tips and metal polish. Young guy with long hair was very helpful with finding what I needed. . Young girl with dark hair at the register was super unfriendly. No hi, bye, thank you, or anything. I’m not trying to make friends, but jeez - she didn’t even say “no problem”!?. I realize that this is just how it is these days with a lot of young people.

Called to ask if they were able to look up if they had a certain item in stock. The guy on the phone said “no I can’t tell you how many of the 18000 items we have in stock” extremely rude older guy. Just lost a contractor’s business!
