I used the van that they gave me for and hour and a half...the time frame was supposed to be 4 hours. I brought it back with more gas than what it had when I took it. I was over charged by almost $100 to use a van for 1 and 1/2 hours and I was charged almost $157, I only went a total of 42 miles. I called into the actual store to speak to them about the charge and asked for help...they put me on hold for over 25 minutes. I called back into the store on a different phone while I was still on hold on the other phone just to be told to call the UHaul 800 number. No apology and zero effort to try and help. I do not understand this at all. If this is how they treat their customers...I will not be back. I put not applicable for the equipment being clean and well maintained...it wasn't clean...but it wasn't filthy either...so I would say it was okay...they should give different options for this question.
