My husband and I Walked into the store and overheard the owner making ignorant comments about ALL Floridians being rude. I mentioned we were from Florida and it just spiked her to continue talking poorly about Floridians…what an ignorant generalization! There are rude people everywhere. Completely killed our desire to purchase anything. Sad to hear such a bitter person speak poorly about her own customers when her store and this small town survives on tourism. Strange how she hated it so much but lived in Florida for 50 years….seems like she needs to look in the mirror for rudeness. To be honest having lived in Florida my whole life, I have never run in to such a bitter rude person….thank God she left…sorry GA you can have her!! (This is the person I am talking about)

Visiting from Brentwood, TN. Great selection of free people, my mom and 2 sisters love free people so we were pleasantly surprised they had such a selection in such a small shop. We had a few things picked out and my father (who had our wallets in his pocket) and brother walked in and walked to the back to give us said cards the woman working made a couple of snarky remarks about a man being there while waiting for my mother to get out of the dressing room. She had talked to a few customers beforehand and wouldn’t really speak to us. We thought maybe she was harder of hearing?! We asked a few questions and they went ignored. So much for shopping local!!

The woman that owns this store it the absolute rudest! We asked to use the restroom which is public and she said "no" . Then we went to the store attached to it called doneworkinand were greeted by a friendly young man he kindly agreed to let us use it, but when we were finished the woman who owns The House of Threads came into his store and proceeded to yell at him! The clothes are WAYYY overpriced for their quality and I wouldn't recommend at all!!!
