Jeff has been washing and waxing our RV and vehicles for 5 years now, and we highly recommend him. It had been years since my 2011 Expedition had been detailed and Jeff did an excellent job dealing with dog hair and baked on brake dust. Weather created havoc with my appointment but he communicated timely and we worked it out. Excellent service.

I called Jeff for two weeks straight as he was referred to us. we set up an appointment 5 weeks out to get our RV detailed once he returned our call. Jeff stated he had moved, and bad cell service, ect. we confirmed with him two weeks out via text. the morning of the scheduled detail he was a no show. we called twice and left messages. Jeff called back two hours later asking who we were and stated he was taking the week off cause his van broke down, ect. very disappointing . The office of this resort states others have complained of the lack of communication.
