“Jim King came to our house to install the new gas meter being offered. Jim completed a through inspection of the system. During the inspection he discovered two regulators that were leaking. He then installed the meter along with new regulators. Jim is very professional and knows what he is doing. He took time to explain everything to us and completed testing after completing his work to confirm the leaks were corrected. Jim represents Thompson Gas in a very positive and professional way. We appreciate his concern for our safety as well. Our compliments to Thompson Gas for having people like Jim validate our decision to choose Thompson Gas over all of the other companies in the area.
