Every time I pull into this gas station people are parking backwards at gas pumps and making it to where you can’t get in to get gas I have to go to a different gas station every time. This store needs to stop people from doing this because when you wait on one side because people are backwards they pull around and take your spot after you waited patiently your turn. I hate this gas station. Because of this I have not been able to get gas at this store for about 6 months.

I have always had great customer service here. There might have been a time or two that a few cashiers have not been very BUT that was only a time or two. They smile, annd joke if not too buusy. I get in and get out if they aren't packed with customers. I could only said more rudness i have endured have come from customers themselves, and if you aren't satisfied with your service take yourself somewhere else then OR better look in the mirror and think about how you are speaking to them especially your tone of delivery.

I had an overall decent experience checking out- the associate was a little pushy and even corrected my saying of a product name in a rude way. The real horror- though not entirely the stores fault was a very kind, sweet customer who apparently does not know how toilets work decided to take a number two in the trash can. Yes, you just read that. I did decide to knock a star off because it had very clearly been there for a few hours. I find it hard to believe another customer or even an associate had not noticed this and cleaned up the mess.I sincerely hope the individual who did that finds themselves in need of a toilet and its not for public use because of people like him/her.This is why its so hard to find a toilet open to the public outside of big box stores! Time to grow up!

Danielle rushed me in a very unprofessional way at the register. Cant seem to say the name Sabrina without hearing some negative remarks how her name doesnt need to be said in this store. Only reason I came to this store was Sabrina since she cared more about the customers needs in Murphy, NC. I dont like the people or attitudes here.

This place is really hard to get in and out of. Prices are high and service is slow and apathetic. Place is 3 minutes from my house and I still dread going there. Avoid if you can.
