We couldn't have had a better experience. Monty and Jr. were friendly and knowledgeable. The repair was completed in a timely manner, ahead of expectations they set. Without a doubt, if I am ever in need of a repair while up at my cabin again, I will not hesitate to return. I have also placed their cards in my rental cabin should any of my guests have a problem. He even called me the following day when he was closed to check in and make sure the problem was resolved for the 10 hour trip back home. A 5-star experience if I've had one!

It’s near impossible to find a GOOD diesel mechanic anymore. After failing miserably at trying diagnose my Duramax, Monty was recommended. Class act gentleman, great communication, and absolutely the best prices I’ve seen. My Duramax runs like a scolded dog now. 8 stars

If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic, you’ll find one in Monty. Our family drove cross country to Blue Ridge on vacation. Thought we were experiencing a transmission issue but Monty quickly diagnosed it as a much simpler fix and didn’t even charge us!!! No promises he’ll do the same for you but you’ll be putting yourself in good hands for sure.

I looked everywhere for a diesel mechanic that could fix my 2003 f350 truck faster than 2 months. Due to my truck shutting off as I was going back to Florida. Monty and his crew did not disappoint . It was taken to them on Monday 29 evening and Tuesday morning the 30th it was running. I highly recommend .

Monty got my family out of a difficult situation when our vehicle broke down on vacation. Service was fast which was a blessing as Blue Ridge Ford let our vehicle sit for days wasting a good portion of our vacation time. Price was very fair and he fixed the issue completely. Lastly, he even called the following day to check on the repair which I've never had an auto repair business do. Don't waste your time going somewhere else like we did! Thanks again!!!

I just had a superb experience and honesty from Monty. Quickly troubleshot the oil leak on my 7.3 Diesel and got me going. Really helpful as we were traveling from out of state.

I have jad brake problems for 2 months now. I work in top of most of the mountains here in blue ridge and I took my Ford Edge to two other mechanics in town who said, "Your brakes are fine- there's nothing wrong with them." I almost didn't stop the last time I came off the mountain. I called Monty, told him what was going on and the whole story. HE GOT MY EDGE IN AND FIXED IN 24 HOURS-this is my only vehicle and my money maker. Thanks Monty for listening to me and fixing my brake booster! Take your vehicle to Montys in Blue Ridge- you will not be disappointed! Thanks so much!

Absolutely fantastic service. I showed up with a problem today and am supposed to be driving 7 hours tomorrow. There was a lovely gentleman who helped me immediately and figured out what was wrong in less than 10 minutes, but they didn’t have the part. He called every place in town and nobody had the part, but his dad drove out to another place where they thought they might be able to find the part, and did! They absolutely saved me and were so courteous and friendly and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg - it was much less than I expected! I am thrilled with the service. If I ever have car troubles in the Blue Ridge area again, I will return. I highly recommend Monty’s!Service: General repairs & maintenance
