We contacted M&S to schedule an appt to have our camper washed and waxed, hoping to have it done before our next camping trip in 8 days. Of course they were booked so we scheduled for the following week. Shortly after booking the appt Ken contacted us offering to do it for us on Sunday so it would be clean for our trip. We were shocked! Ken did an exceptional job. He restored my faith in hiring a contractor! We will have M&S take care of all of our auto and camper detailing needs from now on!! Highly recommend this business!!!

As a woman with a cat, I was extremely impressed they cleaned up cat throw up with no judgment.
They were sweet and quick to respond.
They did an amazing job not only deep cleaning the cloth seats but getting the smell out too.
And I would like to mention the genuine smile and kind encounter as well. I will certainly be continuing future business with them.
Ps. They do better than the blue ridge ford dealership.

Absolutely spectacular work done on my car!! I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and was told it would be later in the evening before I could pick it up since my seats and carpets were getting shampooed. I was receiving updates throughout the day and they ended up staying hours after closing make my car perfect. Very sweet kind and genuine people at M&S detail and highly recommend them if you want your car to look like it did coming off the showroom floor. Cannot thank yall enough for the hard work you guys put into it.

I have had my car detailed by M & S Detailing on multiple occasions in the last few years. and couldn't be more impressed with the results. Unlike some places where there is a standard exterior or interior cleaning, the owner will discuss with you various options to customize the detailing to your specific needs. He offers a full array of exterior and interior cleaning as well as full exterior or interior restorations, paintcorrections, and ceramic coating. As someone who is familiar with detailing products and the process, I was greatly impressed after meeting the owner. He is using the best brands from a variety of reputable companies that are recognized as the best in the detailing business.
Customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He took the time to explain the different options available and recommended the best service for my needs without trying to upsell me unnecessarily. Despite the thoroughness of the work, my car was ready right on time.
The results have always been excellent! It takes a lot to impress me, but M&S consistently exceeds my expectations. I usually detail the car myself and rarely find anyone who takes the time to ensure everything is perfect. However that was before I met the owner of M & S detailing, a professional whose extensive knowledge, experience and attention to detail exceeds anything I’ve experienced before.
Given the quality of the service, I found the pricing to be very reasonable. It was definitely worth the investment, and I will be returning for regular maintenance detailing.
I highly recommend M &S to anyone looking for high quality auto detailing. Their attention to detail, exceptional customer service, and fair pricing make them stand out from their competitors.

Ken did an AMAZING job on my truck.. I have a farm with horses and dogs so my truck gets pretty dirty. I have not seen my truck look this good since I bought it. I’m so so grateful for them and the work they did. Super sweet people as well

I just wanted to leave this place an outstanding review ! They really saved the rest of our blue ridge vacation . My kids spilled milk in my car carpet & they got all the smell out and we can breathe again in our car . It was a quick and outstanding process , thank you so much .

Excellent, locally owned company that has exceeded my expectations! My vehicle sits under a tree lined area, so it is challenging to keep clean.
