I never leave bad reviews but the staff here is super rude. I walked in and was smelling a candle and the glass top fell off and broke. I totally expected to pay for it, and was standing there holding it in hand waiting to ask someone what their policy was (this was a voluspa candle - I buy them frequently so I know they’re not cheap) and the completely rude staff member looks at me and goes “you’re going to have to buy that.” I assumed so, but she could have just said “I’m so sorry but our policy is XYZ” but instead was super RUDE and assumed the worst. Great example of - it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I was so shocked I said something like “I’m not sure why you’d have them displayed like this” to which she literally laughed at me. I actually expected to shop around and would have bought a few more things (I was specifically in the market for that brand of candle because I normally can only buy them online) and had the staff been even remotely friendly/cool about the situation I would have paid for the broken candle and along with others. But after that I just wanted to leave. Absolutely avoid. Horrible.

We walked in ready to dress shop for a dance, and the girl immediately said "we close in 30 minutes" while she ran the vacuum all around our feet. We received no greeting or help during our experience. I get the timing wasn't ideal, but the lack of interest in our presence and tripping over the vacuum cord was unbelievable. We found items, but having zero customer service, we left without spending a dime. I would not return or recommend.

Love the shop! Friendly retail assistant and clean changing room. These clothes were reasonably priced and I was surprised! I wish I had known about Juliana’s when I was a bachelorette! I definitely will drive up from Atlanta for future events.

Juliana’s is my FAVORITE boutique in Georgia! They have such a wide variety of clothing and products, they’re always updating their website, socials, and app to keep it up to date and easy to use, and the owners are always willing to make everyone’s experience great. They are the definition of an awesome small business with down to earth, humble owners. If you ever get a chance to stop by, you absolutely should!

Music is completely inappropriate.. girls are rude if they even acknowledge you. I’m a local and have actually bought several items from them only to learn they fall apart. Will not be shopping there anymore And by the way this is my husband’s email so wasn’t a “Todd” shopping. Do not waste your money

This is by far my favorite small retail boutique in Georgia. The quality and selection is unmatched and I always enjoy the shopping experience both in store and online. The attention to detail and responsiveness to customer needs is amazing. Always on trend too! The owners Anna and Drew are a wonderful couple who really value hard work and it shows with this wonderful boutique they've had going for 10 years. Highly recommend.

My wife was laughed at because she didn't like a price, regardless of your right to price your merchandise. She also has the right to decide if it is in her budget and definitely not laughed at for thinking so. We came in to spend money, and due to this, a store down the street earned $500 of our money, and she left happy.

After working years in retail I received awful customer service due to a lack of inclusive sizing. As a first time shopper and online shopper at that I expected to be treated with equity and was met with a refusal to equitable services. Would not recommend.
