I ordered window blinds which were missing parts when they arrived. Josephine has been phenomenal trying to get the right parts delivered and she has kept me updated during the entire process. Kudos to her!

I’d like to give a shout out to Josephine who works in the flooring department. She helped set me up with an appointment for measuring and installing carpet, as well as putting me in contact with a contractor for some repair work. She has a wonderful, friendly personality and provided absolutely great customer service! She really went the extra mile to make sure everything was properly set up. It’s obvious she takes great pride in providing the best customer service possible.

Terrible store, and getting worse. I’ve never seen as much dead weight in an organization - employees all over the place talking among one another, standing around doing nothing, and running to hide when someone needs help. Ten people were in the checkout line while the clerk idly chatted with a customer.

Got a delivery. Home Depot. So the delivery driver hit my gate post. Its 15 feet tall. JB Hunt does the delivery. They want proof of damage, two estimates, time dated photos. That their policy. My policy is you do not do damage, and not tell me. I hold Home Depot responsible. Prove it? Ask the driver!

Here’s the deal, I come into HD @ 8:40. The girl at customer service hails me (I’m thinking she’s gonna chew me out because they close in 19 minutes). But no, she simply asks about my evening and asks if she can help me locate any thing. She was so polite and helpful I felt it important to give her a “shout out”. SURPRISINGLY, I was back the next morning, very early for a return and to pick up some other supplies. For some reason I had to go to customer service, and WoW, Aurielle is working again, same experience, good manners, polite & knowledgeable! The perfect trifecta. I just want to acknowledge a stellar employee and appreciation to her mother as well. In this day of sub standard services it’s nice to recognize an exceptional person/employee ✌️

It is almost 1 month and I am waiting on my refund to be applied to my credit card. The store processed my refund but it unable to apply it my credit card or issue a check. This has been escalated but so far no one has been able to make this refund happen. I am sure that I will ever be able to trust Home Depot ever again. Thank goodness there are other stores to shop at. I am continually promised that I will get a return phone call that do not happen.

This place really needs to get it together. The customer service is either outstanding or ridiculously horrible. That and this store is priced hight than other local stores so check union county price becore purchasing any higher priced items.

Very froendly amd helpful staff at this store.. so very different from the experience i have at my hometown's HD!They helped me find the item i needed and also explained how to install into my lawn tool as it was a replacement part. Thanks to the staff at the garden+outdoor departmebt

Customer service agent went above and beyond to assist several customers with difficult situations all in a row. She was kind, informative, efficient and surprise of all surprises she was still smiling. Store is clean and well staffed.

Great place but one complaint; I’m handicapped and twice in the last 3 days the handicap toilet stall in the men’s room has been out of toilet paper, plus someone trashed the stall with paper and old clothes. I guess no one checks or cleans the bathrooms during the day. The toilets in the other stalls are so low you might as well sit on the floor. Poor.

BUYER BEWARE PLEASE READ BEFORE ANY LARGE PURCHASES Purchased front and rear entry doors from Homedepot. l had Homedepot do the installation Big mistake, there installer done a terrible job, you had to slam the door to close it (both) doors, the secondary back french door you had to pick it up to close it. The installer came back three times more and made it worst ever time he worked on them. The Homedepot store manager did not compensate me for my time or the damage the installer done to my new doors. I had to hire my own carpenter to come out to remove and reinstall the doors. I had been a Homedepot customer for years after the treatment I received from them now I will go elsewhere to do my business. As seen in the pictures the trim not secured and air gaps in several areas
