Their employee, Christopher Lee Bennett, has been making racist comments on social media. Is this the kind of representation your company wants?

Although the mask requirement is posted at the entrance, no one is at the door or inside enforcing it. No social distancing and many customers are not even pretending to wear masks. As Covid numbers surge in GA this fall, I'm disappointed Home Depot is not taking a more active role in our public health.

Enforce wearing masks. I have pictures of many of your employees not wearing masks, not to mention most of the customers. I know MANY people who will no longer shop there.

Hire competent employees. This has got to be one of the worst Home Depots I have ever shopped at.

I used to shop at Home Depot all the time. Now that O know the owner has and will give millions to Trump, I'll drive even further to shop at Lowe's.

The have zero customer service, avoid helping customers and don't care. When you tell management they avoid the problem. I'm contacting their corporate to handle it at this point. This place is a joke. Oh yeah, their lumber is 100% garbage too. Go to Lowes, ace hardware or down the road to toccoa lumber mill for lumber. This Home Depot has lumber so bad that you wouldn't want to use it for scrap. No wonder everyone in town goes to other places for their building supplies. This Home Depot is 100% a joke and they have more osha violations going on then you can imagine, it's unsafe just to be in there as a customer.

Just plain old lack of customer service! Was in store yesterday at 10:30AM. Needed to get a quart of paint, had the paint and color chip in hand and standing at the counter with one other customer. Two ladies working the area - both at the mix machines chatting with each other - one goes back down the isle get a gallon of paint comes back up the isle looks at me, no acknowledgement - hi I'll be with you in a moment - nada. Back to the mixing machine & chatting with her coworker. You can walk through this store past scores of employees and never be asked if you need help. Left the paint on the counter & my cart in the isle, went to Ace hardware and had a very pleasant experience.

these people were very rude, we were looking to buy plumbing supplies and they asked for our permits for our septic tank. None of their business

My review is specific to John in kitchen designs. Another teammate made me a 90 minute appointment for kitchen designing, and I took half a day off work to attend. I brought a house blueprint and a photo for a new construction project. John completely and unequivocably refused to do ANY design work until the house was built and he could send someone to measure. He claimed he had to know where plumbing and electrical were, I pointed out that we needed to PLAN these utilities around his kitchen design! Then the truth came out, which is that he had another 10 projects to work on and he's the only designer in all of Blue Ridge and he puts everyone off until their kitchens can be measured because that's his way of delaying everyone while he's behind in his own work. He claimed it's "Home Depot's process," but clearly it was for his convenience, not from any need. Basically he's eliminated anyone with new construction from trading with Home Depot. So I wasted half a personal day - don't make the same mistake I did. Lowes has better appliances and all the same cabinet choices.

Ordered new appliances from home depot online. Had an issue with the microwave. Manager refused to let me return it. Very crappy service and dishonest manager. Stay away from this home depot. Or better yet just go to Lowes.

We are recent new residents of Blue Ridge and thrilled your store is so dog friendly. We have been visiting your store at least once a week for the last few months. We are fixing up our new home. We want to thank the employees for being so kind to us and especially our dog Klaus. An extra shout out to Amanda C. in the paint department. She is very helpful, patient and friendly to us and our dog. My dog actually looks for her when we visit the store. It is a riot to watch him try and get to the paint department. Thank you so much for helping us feel welcome in our new town.

Had a ton of problems with my purchase of appliances at Hd The real culprit is Spirit delivery They damaged one item One is defective One they wouldn't take the doors off to fit an interior door It looks like a corporate money saving policy to use the cheapest company The delivery person looked unsavory The store is trying to make it right Hope they do But it's been 3 weeks already I am close to having them pick up everything and go somewhere else I will update in the future Three weeks later the frig arrived and guess what it fit after u take the doors off The stacked washer dryer does need repair Supposed to happen soon Let's see how that works out It's been five weeks And Jimco came out and fixed the dryer Bad install Nice technician and very professional and experienced repairman Things are working great now The store was helpful It's the delivery people that are the problem
