A little over a year ago I was in search for a true "Hometown Local Bank." After visiting with Park Sterling Bank in Blue Ridge, I knew the search was over. I was so impressed with the personal attention to my banking needs. I had been promised that from other banks that wanted my business, however it was Park Sterling and the entire staff in Blue Ridge that delivered. Within no time we were all on a first name basis. That type of relationship with my bank is very important to me, and again Park Sterling Bank Blue Ridge made me feel right at home!

I walked in and was greeted immediately. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had some very weird and out of the ordinary questions and they were extremely efficient and helpful to me. I was very surprised at other ratings as this was one of the best banks I've ever been to.

Horrible I believe this is not a true bank or they have just 1 person employed here.

What a horrible bank. My bank statements are not available online! Why? So, I have to go there and pay them $5 for each statement. These should be available online. Stay away from this bank. Customer service is clueless and had no idea why my statements were not available. Yet, I have to pay for them.
