The Blue Ridge GA Visitor Center is a very nice and cool building and a great first stop in town. The staff is super friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. They provide plenty of information, area maps, recreation ideas, and general info. They are knowledgeable about local activities like kayaking, including launch sites and river conditions. For families, they offer games, bags, and activities for kids. The center is laid out well with a nice selection of things to browse. It is highly recommended for visitors to get their bearings and find ideas for the historic area and dining.
