I contacted Bill Holt Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. I was working with a salesman name Dan. They were all set to sale me the vehicle until I told them I qualify for a GM discount. Then I was told that they are "choosing now to sale me the car" which sound like discrimination to me. So I asked why and was told "we could get more money if we sold to someone who doesn't have a GM discount. Which is outrageous, one of the perks of working for GM is receiving a small dollar off and I shouldn't be penalized for building the cars they are selling. Horrible customer service and business practices. I definitely wouldn't recommend Bill Holt to anyone.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience buying a new 2023 lifted Silverado here! Enoch helped us out a lot, showed us all the features in great detail, and made the trade in process very simple. Dewwey was also very friendly and walked us through the credit application and everything else we needed to drive off the lot happily! We felt very attended to and we're happy we made the drive up here...never felt rushed or pushed to sign things like we have in some of the bigger city dealerships down South. We'll be coming back here when we're ready for another new car in the family!

I cannot even come up with words to do justice. Ice called twice today,first because I am sick and the receptionist Maya was so understanding.. And I just have called again because an unexpected majr home repair is taking up the remaining money this month and once again Maya was like an Angel on the other end and simply rescheduled me for next month when i have more funds . I absolutely like every single employee there! Last year I had gotten bad gas on my way to Lagrange. When I finally made it back to bill Holts those men and wechanivs e by en got together and stayed over on a holiday eve just so I could have a car and not be stuck in the mountains. Thankyou all so very much! My spelling is off bcuz I'm just so grateful that I'm physically shaking.

I have left Bill Holt Chevrolet in Blue Ridge Georgia with a car that I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, ill informed, and overall extremely dissatisfied with. I am told that the two mean I talked to (Matt Lannie and Danny Vocks) head own all Bill Holt businesses and there was nobody higher than them to talk to. so I am left with no other option but share my experience. Bill Holt Chevrolet in my experience, seems to only cares about money. I purchased a car from them 2 weeks ago. I had a problem come up and brought it back in and was told there was nothing wrong until I asked for them to check again. The issue was resolved and they fixed what was wrong no problem. I then go to start it last week and I can hear this loud sound coming from the engine that sounds like a truck and they agreed. It was never there before. I was told it could get louder and not sure exactly why it happens in some and not others. I am told this is not their issue and that it is my own issue by Matt Laney general manager. I am given the option to walk away and loose $4,600, trade in and loose $7,000, or try to sell this car at another place which I would need $30,000 for it to make my money back and it's a $23,000 or less priced car. I originally put $9,000 down when purchasing the car. The general manager Matt Lannie tried to avoid talking to me once this whole situation came up. Upon entering the business and finally being able to talk to someone in charge (Matt Lannie) I was met with an aggressive toned man who couldn't listen to a single thing without coming back with something like, "Well it's not broken down at the side of the road is it." As if that was the issue that I was having. Overall, worst experience with a business let alone a car man. Beware at shopping for cars at Bill Holt Chevrolet in Blue Ridge Georgia. And if you do, I hope you are not a young woman who needs to talk to the head sales man and be belittled as I was in my experience.

Service not parts. Say 45 minutes for a scheduled oil change, should not be 1.5 hours. We were one of the first scheduled as well.

Probably the best experience I've had with a Chevrolet service department. These guys were great, due to circumstances they got me in as I arrived, diagnosed the problem and had my truck road worthy within a couple of hours. The customer service was second to none. I was really impressed. Good people.

Had the oil changed. Set up the appointment 2 weeks in advance. On took a out 30 minutes to do. Did a whole truck scan, tires are low on tread and rear brakes were low. Great job.

I live in Ellijay and wanted to shop local! So I went online to Bill Holt Chevy. Found a New Chevy Trailblazer 2022 for 31K. That was the price they list online. That is MSRP. When I got to the dealership I am told since the demand on those vehicles is so high, they raised the price to 34K. That is 3k more than the advertised price on their site. So much for helping locals who live here. I can go to another town and get that same vehicle for MSRP, why would I want to pay an extra 3k for theirs. I spent a good hour in there and a total waste of time. Worst experience I have had in a dealership ever! I will be shopping somewhere else to say the least and I warn everyone else to stay away from these crooked salesteam. I went to the Jeep dealership in Jasper, they were friendly and they are actually taking some off of MSRP even though demand is high. I will be going there on monday to buy a Jeep Compass instead.

I recommend everything at or about Bill Holt Chevrolet. They have the Best Sales Staff and after the sales I think they have the Best Service Department. They are like the Old Hometown Dealer. You want go wrong dealing with Bill Holt !!!!

I was a co-signer in the truck buying process on a GMC Denali. we showed up an hour before closing but they were still willing to help us out. The staff was so helpful, professional, and knew their stuff! We got a deal, signed papers, and finished the whole buying process in an hour! Just go buy a car from Bill Holt you won’t regret it. Excellent experience!! Our car broke down. All dealerships in the area had schedules to fix cars a month long. No car rental places in the area had cars on their lots. Two people I work with said to call Bill Holt Chevrolet here in Ellijay. They had bought cars from there and said the company worked beautifully with them to find what they were looking for. I called right away and talked with Mark. I said well I got to get a tow truck to tow my car up to your place if you can help me do a trade-in. He said well we can tow it for you I'll be there in a few minutes to pick you up. I came home with a beautiful new Hyundai Tucson 2019. He was great, the people in Blue ridge that we did the paperwork with were great. Highly recommend Bill Holt Chevrolet!!!☺️
