Simply incredible service from start to finish. The piece was diligently advertised, with lots of detailed photos and a fantastic description. I purchased it right away and Sara immediately contacted me, despite it being past 8pm on the East Coast. Impressive.
The next morning the item I purchased was shipped as soon as their business opened and was on the way to me. With tracking info provided, I kept an eye on the shipment and it arrived at 9:40am the following day.
Unboxing was a real treat. The packaging included a soft case, beautifully wrapped and the whole shipment was double boxed.
After some Googling, It transpires that Sara and her family have been in business spanning five decades and are extremely reputable. It makes sense then, that this piece was refinished to the most impeccable standard. Expectations exceeded in every way. Thank you!

I feel that most of the jewelry is good quality. I would definitely look at what your buying, because some of that stuff is awful quality!
