One of my dogs became ill on our way up from FL to Blue Ridge. We waited a few days to see if he got better, but he didn't. Ocoee Animal Hospital squeezed us in their schedule as soon as they could and took care of our boy. Michael, the vet tech, was so caring and sweet to our pup and him and the doctor spent a good amount of time with me explaining what it could be and the treatment. Amanda and everyone at the front desk were also so kind to me even though we were not regular patients. This animal hospital cares about your pets and I felt so lucky to have found them while on vacation.

My son's cat was in bad shape and needed to be put down. We called our regular vet and another animal clinic. Neither one would work us in. Ocoee Animal Hospital told us to come right in. The staff and Veterinarian were so comforting and caring. We are now taking our fur babies to them.

We have used Dr. Belyeu many times at Ocoee Animal Hospital and absolutely love her. She is the "real" deal. We have used Ocoee Animal Hospital since the beginning of 1998 and would never consider using anyone else. We have several veterinary hospitals in our town but drive 40 minutes away to use Ocoee Animal Hospital. That tells you a lot about the services and care we get there.
We still feel the same way about Dr. Belyeu at Ocoee Animal Hospital, but the business was bought out and things changed a lot. We, unfortunately, had to change vets and have moved our business to Wayside Animal Clinic/Hospital in Jasper, GA where we are extremely pleased. All of the Vets that we have used so far and all of the front desk staff have been extremely nice to work with and have exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Wayside!

Dr. Belyeu is an amazing and very knowledgeable vet! She is compassionate and communicative and always goes the extra mile. She’s patient and understanding with pets and their pet parents.I moved to Knoxville a while back, but I won’t take my girl anywhere but to Dr. Belyeu. The drive is worth it!

My dog has recently decided he does not enjoy vet visits anymore. This has been very stressful for us as we work to navigate this newfound fear and I'm sure it's also stressful for the Ocoee staff. He had to go in for an operation, and even though he was being a massive handful, Dr. Arnall and his team never made us feel like he was a pain in the behind or like we were bad pet parents. They were very patient and kind with him (and with his two very frazzled humans) and I am so grateful for them. They went above and beyond to be sure that he was taken care of despite him flailing around like he was wrestling an alligator. I wanted to say THANK YOU again for your patience and kindness during such a stressful time. We really appreciate you!

Great vets, but they are always running behind. Typical to wait in the waiting room for more than a half hour after appointment which is very frustrating when you have a hurt anxious dog. It also takes forever to resolve your bill. So you wait to be seen and wait to leave. They need to get their front desk organized.
