Went in to open accounts and Angie was a big help getting everything squared away. Every time we have been in, the staff has been courteous and helpful. We also love the dependability and ease of use of their online banking platform.

The worse experience ever, as a branch and as an institution.Tree months ago ( March) I arrived to TRuist Blue Ridge location around 4:25pm. I ask to a teller for a executive to open an account. I was in front, across the small lobby watching and listening to Two executives chatting and chatting for like a 10 min.I back to asked to the teller again if someone can take care about me. She was really embarrassed and she stand up from her place to meet the two executives that were chatting and chatting. Finally after 5 more minutes one of them (the 2 executives chatting) come to me and said it was too late, it was more than 4:30 and it wasn’t enough time to open an account. It was so disappointing, they were chatting and chatting personal stuff and the clients waiting, is un respectful and definitely no ethic and the worse customer service.I when to an other location. The person take care of me was huge , chastain Rd in Kennesaw location. But in Less of 3 months I had been in trouble every single week. They hold every check I deposited ,For a week and even more. t's been worn out.And persons wrote checks to me were contact for ask “verification” if they wrote a check to me and the reason why. I’m so frustrated, hate this institution it’s been the worse ever in my life. They’re putting my checks in hold, they using my money. they take it even when they received it from the account of where it came fromI invite you to review and share your experience. My is the worse ever in 25 year having bank accounts with other different institutions.

My friend left a bad review here that BB&T was taking advantage of him and his business and he documented in his review that went on with Angie Keys and he management team and when they closed the bank account down! They hid the review! I can see it in his phone and account but can’t on mine! So they hid the review!

I hate to be a Karen here but we’ve been banking here for a long time and this has happened to many times the women Jerri that runs the drive thru is always so rude! No customer service at all. There is always something that she has to complain about when we come thru and she is the only employee there that complains about doing the things we need. She always had an attitude pretty sure it’s just because she don’t want to assist us. Something needs to be said or done to her by management of the BB&T/ Truist bank in blue ridge because we ignored her the first few time thinking she may be just having a bad day or something but now it’s every time we come thru with her working.

Waited almost 20 minutes in drive through line behind only one car, car next to me waited almost 15 minutes, I timed it. Tellers here like to shoot the breeze and chat it up with their friends and family, this has not been the first time, but this was the last, will be shutting my account down and moving my money elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Tellers get paid to work not socialize.

Drove from Chattanooga to open a account and had a 10am appointment. I asked to use their restroom to which they said no. Since my friends went shopping and dropped me off I was forced to use the bathroom outside. No apologies just “because of covid” yet they still want me to hand them my ID and touch their pens. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly from a bank that wants my money. Needless to say, I did not open an account and will be moving all of my accounts from BBT. Not to mention, I didn’t see any male employees. So why couldn’t I use the men’s bathroom? Logic appears to be non-existent in this branch.

If you want excellent customer service, see Rhonda G at this branch. She sat on hold for an hour for me to assist in opening my business account, and we must've gone back and forth with emails a half dozen times.

I truly wish you would have kept the more convenient location open... also, if you go anywhere near 5pm (like 4:55) the person at the window is sure to mouth obscenities. Yeah that happened. If you do not want business turn the "open" sign off. Last I checked the drivethru is open until at least 5pm. I have taken my main business to another bank.

Inefficient, poorly trained staff. No knowledge of laws and regulations. No common sense. No customer service unless you consider the phrase "I'm sorry, we're doing everything we can" good customer service.

BB&T is the best bank in the world. The best people to work with. Just wish they had a branch in Highland, Indiana. I meet Mr. Burt Long, years ago when he was at East Ellijay office. He is the best person to deal with that I have met in the banking business.
