USPS POSTMASTER - PROBLEM with VERIONIA WHITE
We're not the only people having delivery and pickup problems, we're hearing it from other parcel carriers. This has to stop!!!
We've heard first-hand from our UPS (United Parcel Service) drivers that a Ms. Veronica White has a serious attitude problem towards certain folks in Bloomingdale and by evidence so far it's abhorrent. They can't use social media to leave reviews but we can. We've been reading reviews from other people before we decided to post. We're very private people but hopefully someone will take a professional interest in everyone's problem.
We're tired being taken advantage of and inconvenienced. We know of two more worse encounters with Ms. White but they were afraid to say anything because she controls their mail. We hope someone in authority sends someone undercover to investigate Veronica White. An unpleasant and unprofessional attitude can't be mistaken. It affects everyone. We know Ms. White is abusing her station. It's worrisome to see the US Postal service continue to slide.
If the USPS was more concerned about hiring competency over color, I'd bet more than half of your problems would never manifest. There's NO ROOM for government sympathy programs inside the USPS when handling our mail. If Veronica White is the byproduct of Affirmative Action then that should tell you it doesn't work. ---- BTW, neither does she.

Playing games with my business and medication. Spiteful rhetoric, property damage and holding back mail. I've spoken with several households in our community and they have noticed mail won't be delivered for 2 and 3 days in a stretch, then all of a sudden everyone gets a tone of mail. Veronica White is nothing but attitude and is forcing us to purchase a larger lockbox because they're TOO LAZY to drive down a lane to deliver our parcels from Amazon or other mail order. They won't drive 900 feet but we have to drive 22 miles round trip. It's an abuse of position. Dress embarrassingly slovenly. Deportment is combative. No pride or professionalism and it shows from Veronica White Their location is filthy and the frontage road is unkept and ghetto.

Ashley, Veronica, and our delivery guy, Sean are stellar at making sure our mail gets to us even when our clients don't quite get the address right. Always friendly and helpful whenever we need!!!

We’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this office. One of my packages that was a gift was COMPLETELY destroyed and all the contents gone… I had it insured for $100, the contents was worth over $200 and i got sent a check for $20….another package got returned to us and the contents was broken. It’s very upsetting to say the least.

Hello, I am very disappointed from the lady in the post today , red hair lady, don't know her name . She was rud and unfriendly, and she tryed to charge me in more expensive way to send my package. This happen for the 3 time , so I prefer to go to Pooler post office.Before this person appear in this post office everything was great and it was a pleasure to meet the previous lady.Why manager don't control people like this red hair arrogant woman ?

The cleanest and nicest Postal Service office I've been to in this area the staff is amazing I would never go to another one.
