“Had my reservation switched to a 24/7 truck share. No big deal; Pooler is about 40 miles from my house, so I call a cab to go pick it up.When I get there, the app doesn't work; they lost the reservation, and Uhaul support was totally useless.They were closed, but the owner had his card on the door. Had me sorted out in 20 minutes, on his day off, saving me from being stranded and having to call another cabby. These guys quality customer service and flexibility is the only reason I'll be able to move on time, and I couldn't be more thankful.”

“I recently rented a truck to move. Looked at U-Haul which literally has numbers for everything prefilled to try and get you to spend as much as possible. On top of that they only authorized 41 miles when the new house was 45 miles and the turn in station was 4 miles from there. Penske did unlimited mileage. I always rented from U-haul for the past 7 moves. Never again will I use them. I am now a firm believer that Penske is the way to go, purely superb. I turned the truck in late and they worked with me. They weren’t harassing or anything unlike when I tried to turn in a U-haul last time the person called me freaking out that they had someone lined up for 30 minutes after my turn in, made no sense. My fault for late turn in and I appreciate them talking it out, truck was clean and easy to maneuver. 10/10 do recommend compared to other truck rentals! Even had a stack of drop clothes in the back which was an added bonus.”
