This group of people are miracle workers and I am forever grateful for them. My baby had a large ruptured mass that was heavily bleeding, other vet hospitals didn’t want to perform the surgery but these beautiful people didn’t turn their backs. I had the expectation that they would sow the mass up to prevent the bleeding but they went above and beyond and removed it entirely. I was blown away with the amazing work they performed. The surgical precision is unbelievable. Thank you Dr. Holladay for your gifted hands. I can’t express in words my gratitude to this hospital but you’ve all made a furever patient. ❤️❤️❤️

We love Pooler Veterinary Hospital! Our dogs see Dr. Michael Brown, Dr. Sarah Holladay, and Dr. Mike Ammermon - they're all wonderful. I trust their advice and recommendations with all our pups. Dr. Brown has kept our 13-year-old Cavi feeling great despite having CHF since 2019. He's thriving! Can't recommend this practice enough.

I love going here. They're affordable, clean, and super friendly. The vet techs and vets are so thorough and knowledgeable and help ease my mind if I ever have any concerns. I like that I can view my pet records on the app too.

Just got back from taking my 2 dogs here and Dr. Brown was great with my nervous nellies! He sat on the ground with us and talked me through everything and gave great recommendations for one our dogs allergies. I also thought their pricing was quite reasonable compared to other places we have been. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend`s mother brought our 8 week old puppy to get seen for shots/etc. on a Wednesday. They came out to our vehicle and said they wanted to run a few test including a parvo test. They claimed there's been several cases in area so they wanted to be sure before she came into the facility. We were understanding due to her being so new and her having no vaccines. Well, they came back to the car saying she has tested positive for parvo/worms and that she will been seen next week to see how she is doing. The gave us meds for the worm's. HOWEVER, they did not give her any meds/supplements for parvo...We ended up having to take her FRIDAY to the emergency vet in Savannah at 11:30pm. She was throwing up/pooping blood and was super timid. It was the saddest thing that I've seen a puppy go through! The Vet in savannah told us that POOLER VETERINARY should have never sent us home with no medication for her, that she most likely would have passed and they should have known that. She also said in all her years of being in this field she's never heard of such thing, to cancel the appt with them and never go back because they did not properly treat our baby. Savannah VET gave us a parvo vaccine, as well as lot of probiotics/prebiotics and fluids. How many young puppies are they letting just walk out to die? There are MULTIPLE things they could have given us to help, but yet nothing. We ended up calling POOLER VET to cancel the appt. and we told them why we were cancelling and one of the "nurses" was in such shock that she was not treated. Mind you, it was the same nurse who seen her the first time...with that being said, please be careful taking your LOVED ONES here.

The Veterinarians and Staff literally gave our cat a new lease on life. Her energy level has returned, she's eating and drinking, she's gaining a little weight at a time. We literally thought our sweet Kitten was slowly dying because she was an older cat. Come to find out, she needed some dental work done, but I had no idea until someone, finally, looked at her teeth. My previous Vet never did that. I cannot thank these people enough. It's like we have a new cat!

Pooler Veterinary Hospital is by far the best vet in the area!! It’s worth the drive in from Richmond Hill. I have been bringing my hound dog here for the last 7 years and have had such positive experiences!! Their facility is large and very accommodating. The waiting area is very spacious and calming, unlike many vet’s that can be hectic and stressful for your pet. Additionally, the Doctors are absolutely phenomenal!! Dr. Brown is a great doctor and he really takes the time with each patient! You don’t feel rushed and he will talk and answer any questions you may have. He is very thorough with his diagnosis and treatment plans. All the doctors there are fantastic! Not to mention, they are very reasonably priced!!!

Dr. Brown is an amazing person and spends time talking to you about the care of older dogs and their needs. I never feel rushed during my visit and the front desk and animal care team are amazing.

We used to use this vet before moving to Richmond Hill, and they were perfectly functional vet office. Unfortunately our dog passed away this last week, no fault of this clinic of course. But I received a reminder in the mail from the clinic for her vaccines. Knowing that receiving constant reminders about her (the dogs) care would crush my wife, I called the clinic to inform them of her passing and request to be taken off the mailing list going forward. There was no way they could’ve known after it just happened. I didn’t get the name of the person who answered the phone, but they were EXCEEDINGLY condescending about why we still received mail. Didn’t take any of my information (only my wife has been to the clinic) and hurried me off the phone. This just felt like a punch in the gut after losing our dog, didn’t listen, didn’t care. Will refer friends elsewhere.
