Smitty’s worked seamlessly with the dealership that made the dent in my vehicle during an oil change to collect payment from them and coordinated a rental vehicle for me. I really appreciated their help. My SUV looked beautiful after it was fixed. Their communicated with me daily and were proactive about it not leaving me in the dark. They also explained before starting the repair and during the repair why it would take days / weeks to fix, what would have to be ordered and everything else so I was well-informed. “My 2021 Dodge Ram was involved in a hit and run. I went to about five shops and recieved eatimates. I ended up going with Atwood. Made decision based on information that was given to me and unlike the other shops they didn't just walk around with camera taking pictures and tell me they will email me later. Mechanic actually explained everything in detail while he was taking pictures. Estimate was written while i was there. This was a huge factor for me. Highly recommend this body shops. They are very informative and well detailed on what needs to be done to your vehicle. Megan in office is very consistent keeping you updated every Tuesday and Thursday on your vehicles progress. They set a date when my vehicle would be ready. It was ready at that time. When I received vehicle it look great. Looked like it never been in an accident. I was definitely impressed with the work. If I ever need to use a body shop. I will definitely go here again. To wrap it up. Thank you Atwood Autobody and Collision (Savannah, Ga) for doing great work and great customer service.”

“Quick!!! I picked A&J due the stars they have on google. I called and they were very professional and explained how they handled insurance claims. Once my car was dropped off I called the following week just to check on my baby and the lady I spoke with explained that my parts had just got in and they would call once everything was complete and they did just that. MAYBE a week later they were calling me letting me know my car was ready. And yes my car looks better than before lol paint match PERFECT, body work looks AMAZING.”

I went back the next week and got two brake chambers and waited for him to be available lol. He taught me a new trick for figuring out short and long stroke brake chambers. I love this guy he's the best.”

The front end of the was damaged pretty bad, Mr Jeff was patient, with my insurance company, he painted the pieces, replaced them, and lined the front end up really good, he and his guys even washed my car ??, I’ll recommend his shop!
