I stopped by this place to check and see how much it would be to get 2 tires balanced on my wife's car. A Dosge Journey. Normally, just to balance a tire, it's between 10-15 bucks. But he wanted to charge me $40 bucks. I know the prices have gone up but 40 bucks. Took it down the street and had it done for half of that.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Save yourself time & thousands of dollars DO NOT COME HERE!!! They will intentionally mess up your vehicle, just to get money out of you! 1st week it’s my electrical system, the same week I took my car back & was told it was my battery! The next week it’s my alternator & in the same week now it’s my transmission! Lady at front desk Never knows what she doing & ALEAYS HAS ALCOHOL ON HER BREATH!

I am going to speak in the case of my experience: we took the car to the mechanic more or less on August 7 or 8 at that place, since we do not know much English a friend helped us translate, after a week without answering anything, the friend He called and said that they were making the part because they couldn't find it in the places that they look for the parts, after 15 days, we called until we were tired and they left us waiting for a call and they didn't answer us, finally, when they told us that the car It was ready and I tested it to see how the brakes were working, which is why I took it, it made a horrible noise, it seemed like the car was going to fall apart, we took it back and the boy said it was the brake pads that were worn out , he leaves the car again another day, we went to pick it up around 7 at night, literally the distance from my house to the workshop is half a block, when I park the car, we smell a very strong smell of gasoline, and on the other day when we turned it on, it had a gasoline dump, we took it in and they told us that it wasn't their fault, after telling them that the car didn't go in that bad, not even liquidating anything, they put it back inside the workshop, now we They say they are looking for I don't know what part because they don't speak clearly to you, this after having called many times and not answering us or leaving us on the line without answering. Anyway, our experience has been horrible, the car is still in the workshop, on Tuesday It's going to be a month and 9 days, we no longer know when they will give us the car. I don't mean by this that everyone has treated us badly, or that they don't do their job well, I'm just saying that we are having a very bad experience with them, We already paid 650 pesos and the car is still broken, with something else that was not what it came in for. And I also recognize that my car is old, and maybe it's not very good underneath, but, how am I going to take it to a shop to have the brakes fixed and is it going to come out more broken than it came in? I don't understand.

It was a little hard to get in and out of due to their location but the service was great! The lady at the front counter was very sweet and walked me through what they would do and how long it would take to fix. I got my car back within 3 days. Highly recommend

I took my car in for a diagnostic. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly, both over the phone and in person. Making an appointment was easy and they fit me in within the same week I called. They found out what was wrong and I was able to pick my car up the very next day, will definitely come here again.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Horrible experience with this place they don’t call to keep you updated on your vehicle you have to call them over and over in they tell you lies about parts they can’t get they gotten paid from my insurance company for a part I still haven’t got for my car the owner is a complete *********** worst company ever unprofessional ripoff never will I used them again .Service: Electrical

Having issues with my vehicle and took it in to see what the problem was. The staff here was quick, professional and talked me through what everything was and even educated me on a few things. The owner himself drove me 20min to get a rental car. This staff is like a family and I will not be going anywhere else for my vehicles to get serviced. Thank you for all your help!

If they had a zero star that's what this shop would get. Dropped my truck off to a oil leak fixed. Was told it would be a 2 to 3 hour fix... 6 days later and 365.00 dollars later still leaking like a runny nose never again will I do business with them
