The customer service here is awful. On my second trip to this gas station, on Wednesday morning, I went up to the cashier at the front counter to check out, and to also get a price check on an item. This cashier already looked ready to snap, and I honestly think she has some real personal issues that she needs to address. I said to her that I did not see a price on a package of freezer bags. She was irritated and clearly upset that she had to check the price on an item for a customer. She gave me the price and I said okay, and proceeded to check out. When I took a few seconds to hand her my cash to pay for the items, she put her arms up on the register and gave me a hard and angry look, as she was clearly iterated that she had to wait two whole seconds to allow me to give her my money. Not only does this cashier have no patience, she also seems to have a very short fuse, and just has a very hateful and spiteful attitude. Then she became angry that I was taking two whole seconds to simply put the change she gave back to me in my purse. At this point, I had enough of her bad attitude, and I just moved farther down the counter in order to put my change away, as she clearly did not want me holding up her line for two seconds, in order to give me time to put my money in my purse. Then the next customer who came through her line also commented on her poor attitude, saying to her that he could tell that she was really biting her tongue, and she smirked back at him, and it was obvious that the two were referring to me in their conversation. I waited for her line to clear, then I said to her that I heard the conversation that she was having with the previous customer, and that it seemed to be about me. She snapped back at me, saying, no, you are just too sensitive. I said actually, I just appreciate good customer service, and I think that everyone deserves good customer service. Do you not think that good costumer service is important? I went on to say, do you not think that it is rude to not be patient, to act as if you can not even wait to get a customer out of your line? She replied, no, that is not what happened, and you are being rude by holding up my line. At this point, she was nearly yelling, making a scene, and disturbing the other customers who were behind me in line. She continued to raise her voice, and was continuing to make a scene, and said, you are being rude by holding up my line, all of these customers are trying to get to work. I said okay, how about I talk to your manager? She replied go ahead, in a snarky tone. I then spoke to her manager, and her manager even said she does have an attitude problem, and that many people have complained about this same cashier that I am referring to. So, as this woman's own manager admits that she has an attitude problem, and that she has had many complaints about this same woman, then why do the owners keep her around? One thing is for sure, I will not return to this business.
