It's not often that I visit my local branch other than to use the ATM. I needed to make a cash deposit, and there were multiple lanes open for quick service. As always, the employee I dealt with was efficient and friendly. I opened my account in 2004 and would never consider changing banks.

We had several things to take care of at the bank so we decided to drop in at Brackett's Way. We were greeted by a very pleasant lady! She was able to help us tremendously! Then we went to the tellers and a young gentleman helped us. He was great as well! I'm super glad United Community not only takes care of my money but also they take care of people!
