Not sure what happened but getting the run around for an all over paint job going on almost 3 months was not good business. Maybe the insurance jobs, where the money for them is at are ok, but I'd rather be told from the start you're not interested in doing a cash job than have zero communication, fake drop off dates (they were closed on the day they made my appointment), never a paint sample to look at and then being made to feel like I was somehow at fault when I asked for an explanation. I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 because they started out nice to deal with but I will not be using this business to get my car painted.

I came in needing a new passenger side mirror for my Dodge truck. The first one, after being installed,unfortunately did not work properly. They ordered another one then called me a few days later and told me to come on in and they would swap it out. Everything went well and they apologized for the inconvenience. They didn't charge me anything until I was good to go. I would recommend them and they have a happy customer. Thank you TRP&B!
