Took a vacuum to repair. The son claimed it was a $300 repair and determined it was not worth fixing. They stated they called to pick it up. My wife nor my son received a phone call. Do not do service with themCalled them 3 times and went by two times. The owners son sat and yelled the entire time on the phone. Would not let anyone ask questions or talk!

I have mobility issues and I was very pleased with the assistance that I received. A staff member came out to pick up my carpet cleaner, they called me to let me know that it was not repairable, we talked about alternatives, and I decided to purchase one. When I arrived to pick it up, my assistant went in and staff carried the new one out and had already shown her how to use it. I couldn't ask for better service.

We have been getting our vacuums serviced with John and Drew for many years. Recently, I let all three machines go down before I brought them in to be repaired, but I desperately needed one that morning. Drew must have stopped everything he was doing because he had one machine working within a half hour so that I could get back to work; then the other two by the time I picked them up! They always make sure I have accessories and knowledge before I leave. Would highly recommend.

We have used their services on numerous occasions and wouldn't go anywhere else!! John, the owner, is a great person who will do his best to exceed the customer's expectations whether it is sales or service. The owner is super nice and the staff really knows what they are doing. My vacuum seemed like it was shot (not sucking up anything), but Andrew and John rebuilt my motor in my vacuum and now it works just like new! They could have easily told me that the vacuum was dead and that I needed a new one. Instead, they fixed what I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My wife and I have been dealing with the Vacuum Store for more than six years now and they are the source of all supplies for both our central vacuum system and our upright. The owners and staff are very courteous and helpful and provide prompt service. Their service reflects the small town atmosphere that we have here in NE Georgia.

I meant to do this sooner but forgot. I took my vacuum to have the handle put back together I knew that was all that was wrong with it. They never even attempted to put it together. All they wanted to do was sell me a new one or order a new handle . I got frustrated and brought my vacuum home. I left it in the closet for a week and then took it out . Guess what I put it together myself it works FINE! Thanks

I have a Dyson vacuum cleaner that I’ve had for over 12 years now, it was still running but nothing like it used to. I took it in and they cleaned it up put on new hoses rebuilt the motor and it’s just like it came out of the box 12 years ago I could not be more pleased this is a wonderful family owned business, fast and friendly service I highly recommend them for all your vacuum cleaner needs!!

The owners and staff here are always willing to help you with a free quote. I own a very old rainbow cleaning machine. They replaced the motor, order my rainbow parts when I need them and do services on my rainbow to keep it at its best cleaning possible. Had my vacuum repaired this week. I was ready to buy a new one, so they could have sold could have sold me a new one. Aftee speaking with them decided to have it repaired. Just used it and swear it is better than?new. Thank you ao muxh
