“I had a unit with mountain town storage I ran into some difficulty where I was unavailable to remove my items or to pay my bill. However when I was able to contact them and let them know that I was going to remove my stuff they were kind enough to waive a couple of fees that they could have very easily forced me to pay anyway and given my financial circumstances at the time I greatly appreciated that they were really kind of an understanding people that I would recommend them to anybody”

“Clean and very accessible storage units. I had a issue with the website and Judy took care of the issue very quickly. She was friendly to talk with, so great customer service! I just wished they were more gravel between storage buildings. It is alittle muddy. But it has rained alot lately. Overall, nice storage units with great customer service!”
